The radiator that I had originally ordered was on back order - Yves reached out immediately to let me know and recommended a replacement. They were extremely helpful and responsive in getting my original order adjusted. Thank you so much to Yves and Redline360 for helping me out.

My first order didn’t go through due to the color choice not being available then I was reached out to and they helped me change colors for the whole order and get it to me as fast as possible.

Yves emailed me very quickly to notify me that the part I ordered has been discontinued. Then helped me get a replacement part and got it on a truck out to me the very next day

Well to be honest it was unfortunate that the item I ordered was discontinued, however, Yves, one of the order management specialists helped me out and just her response time and professionalism helped me out a lot, gave me solutions of other parts and just overall makes me want to be a long term customer with redline.

I order a part on their website but it was not in stock , the service responded with in 24 hours to let me know and gave me another color option or refund . Great response team and easy to contact

I won’t recommend buying anything from this company. My order arrived with missing parts and after multiple days of back and forth with the customer support they just gave me the manufacturers phone number and told me to contact them to resolve the issue. Worst customer service ever

This website is absolutely horrible. Do not waste your time. Unless you like one fake product and two. Random cancellations without notification.. I’ll never order from this garbage website again. You pieces of garbage got something coming to you.
