I left Redo a couple years ago when their software was young. Holy sh*t they’ve gotten better. Literally switching over my whole stack now to Redo. Team goes hard too

Outstanding one-stop shop for all innovative e-commerce features. Amazing one on one customer support for any roadblock you may run into. Dallin, Ethan, Donminic, Austin have been constantly helping me with tons of white glove setup or fixing any issues. Awesome people & Hard workers!

The Redo team has been so great to work with. We initially signed up for the Returns platform, and have slowly converted to using many of their other products. They're super responsive and helpful!

I've been using Redo for over 6 months now and love it! Its easy to use and the support team is super helpful in getting things set up, and troubleshooting as you go! I'm not especially tech savvy but they make it seamless.

It is the easiest app to use specifically for what we needed and the good part is that we have to contact support and we have received the reply instantly and also onto my surprise the AI bot is a real responsive and it is also very helpful but of course I needed a bit more help and a person and the chat and in less than 2 minutes everything was sorted so I definitely recommend this app.

I use Redo's OMS product and it has made my shipping process so much easier! Lots of customization and automations that have made my life a lot easier!
