I bought Red Rooster's Red Hot Chicken and Chicken Tenders using drive thru from Chirnside Park, when I got home I took a bite of chicken and found small shard of glass in tenders, I kept glass in Ziplock bag and called Red Rooster and uploaded details to red roosters feedback and complain team, since then nobody has enquired about situation. Aiden the store manager called to get the glass and mentioned they will check with their supply chain and I said I was worried if more glass piece are in tender someone might have big accident while eating them but I feel that was a neat trick to get a piece of evidence from me. Very irresponsible and unprofessional conduction by Red rooster team. Avoid if possible.

Worst takeaway meal I've had. Ever.
Red Rooster in Brisbane International Airport was the worst.
$24.75 for a tiny flat burger containing 3 small chicken strips and lettuce scattered everywhere except in the burger. Burger contained nothing else.
Box also contained approximately 12 fries, 2 dried up chicken nibbles, and a tiny potato & gravy pot that was rank. It tasted funky. I assumed it was bad and threw it away.
Will never eat at Red Rooster again.

The worst I have ever have. I was told that the chips and gravy were so much better than KFC. Not! I will never order from here again.

Dear Red Rooster, I am normally not one to complain but today was just too much. I usually shop at Carrara at least twice a week and there have been numerous times when I have been told that there will be no cooked chooks for up to 30 minutes. So today, to be sure I could get one, I went to the Nerang store, only to be told...yep you guessed it... no chooks for 25 minutes! So over to Carrara...same but their time frame was 21 minutes. With due respect - isn't cooked chooks your core business?? How can it be that this happens sooooo often? I know that there are issues with Bird Flu but that is not the issue here - it is a logistical one. Sorry to be a pain but the regularity of this, particularly at Carrara is a pain in the chooks butt!

the family was hungry. Red rooster, yay! Very disappointed. Young staff, no manners. It`s like she didn`t want to be disturbed. Ordered a tropicana meal. 1/4 chicken, but i got a 1/4 budgie. And the chips. 9 chips. Our other order, very hot spicy chicken pieces. The sauce was slapped over them and spilled into the tropicana order. I`m over it. Jam ya take aways. Order 11994. Waited 20 mins for fresh chicken only to be given the wrong order

I bought chicken rolls at red rooster at Cleveland and they were soggy and not fit for human consumption very disappointing I have contacted red rooster at least five times and they have chosen not to reply at least you would think a reply not be to much to ask I would not recommend them

Liam had a mullet wears black jeans and has a very good vocabulary for words... I don't think u should be employing someone so hot headded or Drugs should not be in the workplace and neither should this liam person. 06.01.2024

your red rooster shop in derrumet rd hoppers crossing victoria bought a hole chicken large chips and large gravy all cold i feel like telling the health dept for selling cold chicken

Very Poor Service… rang & complained & advise they would write down my name & refund … went in on another day and they didn’t have my details down … we try & tell them about their service and they don’t listen especially when I go back and ask for certain things done a certain way … Henley Brook Red Rooster is way under the standard and needs to be taken seriously… very unhappy with their food

After decades of supermarket roast chicken, fuming as the quality gradually declined, like all home brand products, I finally decided to pay the extra $5 and give a RR chicken a try. After all, their business is chickens, right?. But no, while perhaps not worse than the supermarket, they are certainly no better.
RR you cannot survive trying to match the (low and lowering) quality supermarket product at a higher price. My advice is to get some top quality chickens in, the best you can get, and win on quality. After all, that is what I, and probably everybody else, that comes to RR is looking for from a roast chicken specialist - a decent roast chicken. For now, I have the !number 2s! (thanks for the PC Trustpilot!) !small round things! (and thanks again for the PC Trustpilot!), and a very fancy microwave oven/spaceship, so I will give cooking my own a crack - after 30 years of buying them

I went to the Greensborough Store with Elise on Tuesday 20th September 2022. I had the Chicken Burger and Regular Chips and Elise had 10 Cheesy Nuggets but they bought out the burger with Chicken Tenders so I complained because they gave me a one with Chicken Tenders instead of one with a Chicken Patty so the lady swapped it over to 10 Cheesy Nuggets for me. I would recommend buying the Chicken Burgers and Chips from Grillz in Chirnside Park.

Further to my initial complaint, here is their response. So unsatisfactory! What does it take gor them to give me the chicken and chips i expected to eat that night. Unbelievable!!:
I apologise you were not happy with your experience on friday. I understand this would be frustrating for you. We are more than happy to replace any orders that customers do not think are satisfactory, all you have to do is bring the product back in-store and we will cook the product fresh for you. Since the food was not returned to the store and the image provided does not look unsatisfactory, I am happy to provide you with a 20% discount on your next purchase in this case.

Recently purchased from here. Will be he last time. The burgers were stone cold and the chips were disgusting. After spending $50, made ourselves cheese toasties as were were game to eat it. Really disappointed.

The food and deals are great but the speaker box where you place the orders on at my local Runaway Bay store has been terrible for years. The team there can never hear me and I have to yell at the box/kids to get the order right. It's been years Guy's, time for an upgrade!!!
