Best experience in Stockholm. All the major highlights in one tour!

I was charged twice, tried to sort it on the day but was brushed off.
I have exchanged many emails, trying to get a refund, but too many obstacles have been put in my way.
The journey around Stockholm was uncomfortable and the commentary uninspiring.

Started a little rocky as we had a rough time getting our ticket code through our booking service (which is not Red Sightseeing's fault). Thank you to Benny who helped us on our way to our hop on hop off bus. Went through all major sites with ease. Only thing I would change are the seats and maybe a little more historical audio on the way from the Viking Line.

We're Erasmus Students and had a wonderful evening with the sunset as well. There was an amazing service and it's been totally worth it.

Dorothy was really really nice. She actually helped us guide Stockholm because the guide was missing. Afterwards she helped us with our bagage. Jesus Christ god bless her life. She offered her place to stay at. It was wonderful.

Great route. Wonderful, Very friendly and helpful customer service. Specially Benedict. He is always there if you needed help. I recommend Red sightseeing Stockholm for anyone who wants visit Stockholm city without hassle.

The number of buses were not enough. We need to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle bus. Even at 15:30 in the afternoon, they dint have enough buses. The driver did not check hiw many oasaengers boarded. At the end, he said there are too many people and he wont drive. Some passenger had to improvise to find a way to sit down. At the end the continue the route. Bad logistuc and capacity management. Amazing it is. Special mention to Victor who guided us and been helpful. A must visit friends to explore city in best way possible. One must do Boat and Bus both as both has unique experience.

Me and my family went to tour the archipelago, and we wondered if there were any discounts so Rahim gave us a discount if we could answer his quiz. The Vaxholm Fortress was constructed when Gustav Vasa was king!

For me, it was the worst tour operator I have ever encountered! Despite the advertisement stating that the tour would include headphones for hearing the explanations and the ticket seller guaranteeing this service, there were no headphones, and we toured Stockholm without hearing any tourist information. When I asked for explanations and a refund from the staff at the dock who sold me the tickets, they were aggressive and offensive. I strongly advise against this tour operator. Terrible experience.

För mig var det den sämsta researrangören jag någonsin har stött på! Trots att det stod i reklamen att turen skulle vara med hörlurar för att höra förklaringarna och att biljettförsäljaren hade garanterat denna tjänst, fanns det inga hörlurar och vi åkte runt i Stockholm utan att höra någon turistinformation. När jag bad om förklaringar och återbetalning från personalen vid kajen som hade sålt mig biljetterna, var de aggressiva och offensiva. Jag avråder starkt från denna researrangör. En fruktansvärd upplevelse.
