Ist purchase. Very easy to use and good saving on purchase.

I got in a muddle with my booking of last minute tickets for the London Eye. the Picniq team were super helpful and responsive and resoled my issue quickly.

Booked for a family of 4 to go Brighton Sealife, train was cancelled at the station but we was responded to quickly via email and they changed my ticket day without any issues! Around the time I was due to go! We was able to successfully go when next agreed and sent new tickets immediately, Highly recommend!

It was easy and simple to purchase tickets, not to mention the cheapest we found for a family of 5! Not only that but I booked the wrong dates which they fixed for me within 15minutes of me messaging them!

Used for Legoland recently. Was sceptical as was so much cheaper and never dealt with them before.
Tickets scanned fine so saved me loads compared to Legoland direct and Virgin.
Quick to respond on WhatsApp as well.

I purchased tickets for shrek world and my tickets were nowhere to be found and when I whatsapped the company they sorted it within minutes, this is for my sons birthday too so that meant a lot, beautifully handled even WITH a mistake, very well done picniq, thanks for helping make my sons day special

Thanks Picniq, booked London Eye for my family for half the standard price. Tickets were sent straight away and on asking a question via WhatsApp they added the ticket on the chat. Second time of using them and would have no hesitation to use then again

Seamless booking process and excellent value for a family package. I just wish there were an option for larger or extended families with more than four people. Check-in for the ride was smooth and hassle-free, with no issues at all. I'll definitely be using Piqniq again and again!

Picniq had availability for the dates we wanted as opposed to the attractions own website (longleat ) and the tickets were 10% cheaper so highly recommended checking picniq first when booking a day out

Very seldom do I come across an individual who seems to take pleasure in going above and beyond what is generally expected of them. However step forward Mr Andy Bennett. This man, has made a family extremely happy by ensuring we did not miss out on a trip we had planned some time back but could not take advantage of. The terms were clear. We knew we could not do anything about it, but an email to Picniq that was picked up by Andy Bennett has literally turned around our fortunes. He didn't have to do what he did but he was able to provide us with new tickets after liaising with the main retailer. We are literally in awe of this gesture and cannot thank Andy and Picniq enough. Thank you for everything you have done and I'll be sure to spread the "Good News' concerning your organization. Absolutely amazing.
