The family ticket price
The family ticket price, I was about to spend 120£ on tickets on family of four, when I found the 'Picniq' link offer of 50£ for a whole family, was very happy, thank you very much, the ride was great, you guys did our mood!

As previously advised, this offer was only available to customers who purchased full-price tickets directly through Longleat. Unfortunately, the promotion was neither available nor advertised through Picniq.
We did advise that we would contact the attraction to see whether they were willing to offer any goodwill gesture or alternative arrangement on this occasion. However, the review was posted before the attraction had sufficient time to respond to our enquiry.

I thought this was a part of the Longleat website and that the pre booking would give me a discount. It did not in any way indicate a separate company and I feel very misled and cheated. Be aware anyone like me who are not computer website savvy

At no point do we claim to be Longleat Safari Park. The website used for your booking was tickets.picniq.co.uk. While we do sell tickets for Longleat, we are an independent ticketing partner and are not Longleat itself.
I can confirm that by booking through Picniq, you received a 10% discount on your tickets compared to the standard ticket price.

Disneyland…
I used Picniq to book Disneyland tickets and found it to offer the best value for money compared to other platforms. The pricing was competitive and the overall deal was quite attractive. However, the user experience—especially the login process—was very poor and frustrating. The interface feels outdated and not well optimized, almost like a basic WordPress setup. This takes away from an otherwise good offering. With improvements to the platform experience, it could be an excellent choice overall.

I can only recommend. I was initially a bit afraid as I was not buying it from the official site. Nevertheless, my experience was great - we saved more than 30 pounds thanks to family deal and we enjoyed London eye a lot!
Communication was also great - I’ve received immediate message with information to What’s app and email either tickets in few minutes.
