We haven’t received our refund checks. It’s been 23 days since we were told they were mailed

We took the insurance after a few calls to Megan to discuss policy coverage. She was so sincere and answered all of my questions professionally.
We purchased the plan with the final payment on the rental property which we had reserved almost a year earlier.
Not long after that I was made aware that I had a serious medical condition which required trip cancellation. We started the claim process. My claim was reviewed by Katricia. Wonderful person. After initial document was provided she requested some additional info which I provided. She moved the claim along quickly. On the day prior to my heart surgery, I received an email EOB saying the claim would be paid in full. You have no idea what a load this was off my mind. So all of that being said We truly appreciate the speed at which this was resolved. We are now lifelong users of RedSky. Y'all are wonderful!!

I paid almost $700 for a trip that a personal family emergency caused me to cancel, and they refused to give me even a partial refund because I didnt have 100 pages of documentation. What's the point of having travel insurance, if you're still gonna lose the money? Save yourself some trouble and don't use them.

The process was straight forward with excellent responsiveness. My claim was settled promptly, with no additional requests for information beyond what was initially required.

Professional staff, settlement was timely. Did not give 5 stars because website navigation and accessing claim information is not the best.

The person I spoke to was very helpful in providing answers to my questions. BUT, I think it is absolutely ridiculous that even though I provided a death certificate, I must provide additional health information regarding my husband's death in order to receive a refund for my trip that I cancelled.

The amount paid is not the correct amount you said code 133 indurance coverage not refundable but you already took it out in your calculation showing 1412 should be paid.

Took forever, partially our fault then settlement was delayed because additional info was required of us that Fireside Chalets had on file already. I was the insured but was required to provide proof of payment to collect. Felt like the claims rep was just being ornery and difficult. Same info was not required on a larger previous claim with same claimant. K o

You honored the implicit agreement to cover a cancelled trip expense.

unfortunately, we missed half of our vacation due to my hospitalization. With the disappointment of missing out it was helpful to get reimbursed for the time we missed. Thank you.

Cory did a great job in explaining the pre-existing conditions part of the policy. The vacation rental company I booked through was very confused about who handled their travel insurance, and Cory was very helpful in sorting it out for me. Great job!

Arch Red Sky trip insurance came through for me and my family this summer. Although we always add trip insurance to our vacations, this trip was the first time we have ever needed to use it. Arch Red Sky was very clear stating what was needed to process our claim. With the help of our realty person, we sent what info was needed. Our claim was processed quickly and the refund was made quickly as well. I made one phone to Red Sky to confirm a detail, and the person I spoke with was very helpful and courteous.
