Great service 👍 I wanted to book a last minute Virgin Cruise so phoned round several agents for the best deal.
Phil gave me the best deal straight up , as well as the best service over all - some of the bigger agents kept me on hold for ages, then asked 1000 questions and then gave uncompetitive deals….

Absolutely amazing as we had missed a great price on a future cruise but as the rate became available Phil secured it for us which was just brilliant as it was a bucket list destination for us. We are yet to take our cruise but have to say that the booking process has been brilliant with Philip. We are new to Virgin Voyages cruising and he was very helpful with getting us into the most suitable cabin.
