I encountered this situation, and after a relatively easy series of calls and some real and virtual paper shuffling, I received the money I requested with a clear contract. Jeff even waived the fee for selecting Zelle as a gesture of goodwill. Jeff is assertive and clear, and if you respond in kind, you should expect an easy loan process. ( Note: I have not yet been through the repayment process as of the time of writing this. )
