Not everything came in the box that was needed to use the headset. I am very disappointed. I’m having to wait an extra week to get the earpiece for the headset. I’m not very happy at all.

The refurbished desk phones I purchased were in great condition, packaged securely with easy identification on the outside of the box.

When I had an issue with one of the items, The problem was resolved immediately.

Ordered items 01/17/24. Waited for 10 days and heard nothing. After a few calls (ring and ring then hangs up) and emails I get a response back that the "parent company" has shut them down and a refund will be issued. Have yet to see the refund on our card. We will see if it comes or not. Disappointing as we used them a lot for the older Cisco SPA phones.

I received the correct number of phones. They will be hooked up next week. I hope they all work well.

This was the second order we did and was not processed on time and was late. I had to email and ask about it before anyone seen it. Then it had to be overnighted which still was not much help for it was late due to no one processed order when place.

I've always had a great experience Triton Datacom. Pricing is transparent, the products are exactly as described, and customer service is beyond helpful! I've had two orders have minor issues and both were handled quickly, professionally, and with total focus on customer satisfaction. If you need telecom, server, or network hardware that may be a bit harder to find elsewhere, need it quickly, or are looking for a lower price while still being above board this is the place to go.

Purchased for my store. I have Cisco wall phones and for some reason my associates seem to break the little piece that keeps the phone hung up of the phone. They are a little pricey and so is the shipping. But you do what you have to do so your not using rubber bands to keep the phone hung up.
