I hope whoever invented and designed this site gets fired. they send your references 17 LONG ANSWER questions on BS that NOBODY cares about! my old managers do not have the time to fill out 17 LONG generic boring questions which are all exactly the same!!!!! oohhhh what are your employees top strengths.. oohhhhh describe a time when your employee displayed strong teamwork skills!!!! literally nobody cares!!!! worse referencing site ever, the job market is so terribly cooked and stupid useless sites like this just perpetuate that. im very sorry if you ever had to endure the absolute audacity and frustration of using this site.

I was asked to write a reference for a student. I was receiving lots of emails, and tried to contact them to check if I could do it by a certain date or whether it needed doing urgently (as a professor, I get many of these each week at this time of year so need to manage my time). It was impossible to contact a real person and automated responses have left me unclear whether the reference is still need. Extremely unprofessional: if you are a business, avoid contracting your recruitment out to this company at all costs.
