Am I happy with my new bathroom by refine bathrooms.. I pondered for months who go go with.. I decided on these guys.. what can I say.. absolutely fantastic... right from my first enquiry.I met with a young gentleman called Liam who came to my home ,very polite and knew what he was talking about, no pushy attitude, listened to what I had to say.. shown me images and talked me me through what would happen, I decided there and then to have the work done. I had linus.. he was fantastic.. worked on his own kept everything thing in order and never stopped.. credit to the company.. also customer service representatives yasmin... what more can I say every message read every query answered.. I give this company 5 gold stars🌟

Had our bathroom renovated last week by Refine Bathroom excellent service by Sarunas brilliant guy worked from morning till late outstanding finish. Recommended this firm

Absolutely stunning! The service I received from start to finish was amazing, the fitters were 2 lovely guys who were just amazing throughout the entire experience and so clean and tidy, I could not recommend them enough!

This company is amazing, we have just had our bathroom fitted, from start to finish very professional service and the workmanship is excellent. We had Agri fit our bathroom, amazing workmanship, great attention to detail and very hard working, he never stopped from the time he arrived to going home. We would highly recommend this company.

We have just had our bathroom/walkin shower fitted by Giederius, amazing fitter. He never stopped from 9am to
5 30pm. We love our new bathroom, only took 2.5 days to complete l.

Explained all different options .
I felt no pressure at all to purchase my bathroom renovation .
I have now booked my main bathroom and provisionally my ensuite and downstairs toilet .

We’ve had our bathroom done just over a year ago now, and was lovely when first done, a few minor issues but the bathroom fitted worked very quickly, i could not fault him, unfortunately 6-12 months on the cracks are starting to show, the fittings aren’t wearing well and are little exposed now and feeling cheap , black paint chipping from the fittings and bits of the shelving are starting to come away, not to mention faulting lights built in the cupboard, we paid £6.8k, and whilst it looked great at first i am not sure it will see 3-5 years. My husband is already having to fit new pipes in the bath as the water won’t stay in. Disappointing really

Came to my house quickly when I got in touch and took the measurements of the bathroom but they haven’t provided a quote since and it’s been over a month now! Despite giving a timeframe of less than a week.

Had a bathroom with walk In shower fitted by Toni what a polite guy hardworking cannot fault anything rubbish removed immediately definatly recommend Refine Bathrooms

Amazing. Had new bathroom done this week. Kept to all time schedules. Few issues due to very small bathroom, but sorted efficiently. Fantastic fitter- sorry don’t know his name. Would definitely recommend. 🤞they deal with any issues under the guarantee. That’s the sign of a really good company.

The whole job from start to finish has been exceptional. The fitters were excellent hard working never stopped. My bathroom was completed in a day and the workmanship second to none. I would recommend this company and would like to say thankyou you have all been brilliant I am a very happy customer.

Had a new bathroom fitted with these guy's and its Fabulous. Service was great and Alvin the fitted worked so well and dud an Amazing job. Highly recommend Refine Bathrooms.

Just had our bathroom done which has just finished today 07.09.25 this was done by Aaron & Luke. We had a wall removed and full bathroom renovation they were really respectful & great with our pets. Communication was great throughout. Highly recommend Luke & Aaron they worked really hard to finish on time. Constantly cleaning never any mess. Rubbish removed twice throughout the process, we are very happy with the result. Bathroom looks fantastic From us all B

and #ElvLiveroldswan was our fitter and he was amazing he worked so hard & he never stopped work till late, and completed in just 3 days Elvis went above and beyond and he is a credit to your company & what a nice young gentleman, Our bathroom as turned out more than what we expected 😘 Just thank you for that

My Daughter had a bathroom fitted last last August it looked lovely job done but two weeks ago she was woken up by the sound of running water when she stepped out of bed the carpet was soaking wet the landing the hall way down stairs kitchens and living room was swimming in water it took 2 hours to clean up so there was damage caused like the rug had to be thrown away the carpet smelt and the living room ceiling had a crack in it they rang the company later that morning they came out later that day and it worked out the pipe at the back of the toilet had broke off and the other pipe wasn't connected properly when I complained about the damage caused they said send photos in so we did then it was they would call down this was over a week later what a joke not even an offer of compensation after their poor work man ship

The planning went well but when it came to the construction there was miscommunication on there part some of the accessories from old bathroom I was wanting to keep they chucked without asking .The led mirror they fitted to wall but only works when you put the main light on not what I expected .i enquired about a hole in the toilet which caused it to leak and they were not willing to replace without having to buy a new one at a cost of £250 Quick to take your money and not interested when problems arise .

I don’t know how this company surviving on fake reviews!

There is seems a lot of fake positive reviews on google and trustpilot for this company- seems like they paying money to foreign reviewers (based on titles, language used) to get more UK clients.

My mum’s bathroom was fitted last summer by Refine Bathrooms Ltd.
Where to start? Overall finish looked really cheap, we had leaking pipes and poorly sealed shower trap also leaked into kitchen. Communication was poor from start to finish- perhaps due to language barrier. Assigned fitter was continuously coming to work with smell of alcohol and leaving early. Juozas (one of the company owners) never rectified issues I and my mum raised.

Well we paid cheap (£5800), but job wasn’t worth that!

Avoid this company and their arrogant owners!

My experience with refine bathrooms is positive.From start to finish and I didn’t have a problem with after care…re placement of toilet seat….that I damaged and they reordered and replaced for free.my review is genuine and I will let anyone who wants to see my beautiful bathroom.. I will open my door.Some of the negativity reviews have similar names so maybe someone has a grudge and are trying to hurt the company.🤷‍♀️ who knows I only know mine is genuine and 💯 happy customer.

I had a lovely man his name was Mus, he arrived approximately 7.50 every morning his work ethic was second to none, he did not stop from the time he arrived until the time he left. Also what I appreciated was that if I had a question he was able to answer it straight away. The job he did was absolutely amazing he has totally transformed my bathroom. Thank you Mus and Refine Bathrooms
