I had been searching for a specific highly sought after handbag for a couple of years and finally found exactly what I was looking for on a resale platform. After reaching out to James with some questions about the product, I decided to purchase directly to save us both additional fees—and I couldn’t be happier with my decision!

James is easy to deal with. I am based overseas, we have different time zones but i can’t complain with communication.

Enquired about selling a Burberry bag to them. Firstly they didn’t respond until I chased up, then when they did, communication was fluffy at first. That being said, they did then reach out to apologise and although I decided against selling them my bag, the owner did give me some good advice on where best to sell.

The condition of the bag was exactly as described. However I would suggest that you invest in better packaging. I got my delivery in a used boxed covered in parcel tape with a hand written label, so was a bit worried about how the bag would be inside.

I have used other re-sale sites and they have very nice packaging with their brand name on the inside etc….
