These people send out letters looking like an invoice people have to pay. Absolute scum!

Highly deceptive marketing that makes you think you're dealing with ASIC . Avoid them st all costs.

This company is a scam which pretends to be a legitimate business to renew your business registration. Ironically I spoke to ASIC and what they are doing is not illegal. The renewal letters are very misleading and a lot of people would pay without researching as I nearly did.

Anyone considering using this service only needs to read the reviews on Trustpilot to see that many other businesses have raised similar concerns. In my view, the invoices and marketing are designed to look official enough that busy business owners may assume they are dealing directly with ASIC.

Why would a business knowingly pay significantly more for a service that can be handled directly with ASIC itself.

I stand by my review and hope it encourages others to exercise due diligence before handing over their hard-earned money.

Sent me an official looking invoice for services not asked for. It does at the bottom of the page say it is not a bill and that they are independent of ASIC. I know my elderly father would have fallen victim to this and paid it. It’s disgusting behavior by a company to make money. Falls just shy of a scam.

Very deceptive in the paperwork received. Went straight to Google and yep - SCAM.
Do not pay anything!

We received an unsolicited document that closely resembled an invoice for an ASIC renewal. While it does state ‘this is not a bill’ in small print, the overall layout and presentation could easily be interpreted as a payment request. The service offered is something businesses can complete directly with ASIC quickly and at a significantly lower cost. There are no opting out instructions to this unsolicited marketing material.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO COMPANY'S: I'm not a bot and you did send me those payment notice types of unsolicited mails for both of my entities, trying to charge over $400 for something one can do directly on the ASIC website.

A scam pretending to look like ASIC renewal fee

Send out inflated bills for renewing trademarks. They even include a "pay early" discount, which still costs $150 more than just renewing through IP Australia directly. About as close as you can get to a scam, while remaining legal.

Absolute scum sending unsolicited "not a bill" bills for ASIC company reviews.

I was confused by the invoice I received, thinking it was from ASIC. It asked for $449 to conduct a company review when it is only $329 directly with ASIC. The invoice was received well in advance of the usual company review letter, and also sent to an old address, both of which were red flags. I politely ended the call when I realised this.

100% scam. charging way more than ASIC fees to do absolutely nothing as they are not ASIC agent for the company they are "supplying" services to.

This is a scam that should be shut down. I received an official-looking letter requesting payment for a “Company Annual Review.” The same operators appear to be using multiple business names with similar tactics. This should be reported to ASIC, and the letters should be destroyed. Do not make any payments.

This company is a scam and will not refund you! They send an official looking email and make it look like they are legit you pay and then they do not provide the services saying they will register you business in a couple of months. ! you should be ashamed of yourself for misleading busy people 1

Reported to ACCC Scamwatch and ASIC for sending marketing offers that appear to be a demand for payment, and for masquerading as an ASIC registration agent. It's a deceptive, misleading practice. Their phone number is answered by a bot that claims to be a live person. I was unable to speak to a human. Save yourself $449 and file your company return directly with ASIC.

With the help of Registration, I was able to review my company very quickly and easily. Their team is very cooperative and professional. I will definitely recommend it to others.

I used to think reviewing a company would be very difficult, but after using Registration I realized how easy it is! Their support is amazing and the whole process is very smooth.

Fake. Trying to pass of as a legitimate business by sending through a fake invoice. Make sure you read the small print. Throw notice in bin.
