Rega don't honour their lifetime warranty.
Bought a Rega planar turntable that came with a lifetime warranty. After a few years of light use the turntable developed a couple of very common problems. So I returned it to the dealer I bought it from to be returned to Rega for a warranty repair.
Rega refused to repair the turntable under its lifetime warranty.
I rang Rega myself and they were just rude, unhelpful and steadfastly refused to honor the lifetime warranty.
They are shameless and devoid of honour.
Good luck if you ever try and claim for a warranty issue with your purchase.

Try telling Rega this is the 21st century.
Rega hi fi products - turntables etc - famously don’t respond to customer enquiries via email or really by telephone. I can understand why..... ....up to a point, yet I own an old Rega EOS phono amplifier that has developed a problem. What do I do?
Rega tersely informs me on their uniformative website that I should get in touch with my dealer. I don’t have a dealer, dammit - I bought the amp 20 years ago.
The dealer I did contact didn’t get back to me. I rather see why - the industry must be dying the death of a thousand cuts and can surely only be interested in selling me new equipment, preferably expensive.
Which leaves me precisely nowhere and without any warmth or goodwill as far as Rega are concerned. I may have to abandon the project and buy an Arcam rPhono amplifier, but one thing is certain: when my Rega p25 goes it won’t be Rega I will be looking at.
