Ian was a blessing throughout the entire process, made the entire process of buying my flat a lot easier and less stressful.

Could not recommend Regal any more, Dave and the team were outstanding from start to finish and kept everyone in the chain in the loop and held the chain together with their communication. Would only ever use them over any other estate agent in the future.

Dave from regal estates was fantastic from start to finish when selling our property. Photos were very professional and included a 360 virtual tour of the house. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Have used high street estate agents before but Regal were much better and very competitively priced. Our house sold within a week and I would recommend them to anyone looking to move.

I’m four years in after buying a house built by Regal and I count myself lucky to have been able to do so. The house is excellent and I’ve really enjoyed the process of moving in and settling into my new home . The reason for writing this review though is to tell people about the aftercare , Regal don’t abandon you once they’ve got your money, they’re there for you whenever you need them, to give advice or to actually help sort out a problem. They are quick to respond and actively come round to the house when need be. This peace of mind knowing that with buying a house you also get a whole team of people as back up has been priceless.

They were absolutely wonderful to deal with and ensured such a smooth process of acquiring our first home. From quickly providing updates (even before the solicitors had a chance to give us the update) to receiving our offer on a Saturday and confirming the acceptance on Sunday, there truly is nothing more we could have asked for. Dave Floyd was the person who looked after us and the lady that initially showed us around (I wish I could remember her name!) was so lovely as well. Professional, friendly and efficient.

Dave did a great job at marketing and selling my property very quickly . He was always cheerful and approachable and was very communicative throughout the process. I recommend and would use them again.

Dave and Craig have been amazing since day 1!! They have gone above and beyond in every way possible and we have been so impressed with everything, they have answered all of our many questions and nothing seemed too much for them. The what's app group made it so easy for updates (which we never had to chase for) and the whole sale of our house was complete within 12 weeks which is impressive in itself. We have recommended Regal to our parents who have now also sold through them and we would recommend them to anyone that is looking to sell, both Dave and Craig made the whole process stress free and we will defo use them if we ever move again.

Dave and his team at Regal estate agents and New Build properties are very responsive and helpful. The new build house I brought from them is above the normal spec and if there is a problem or something is not quite to your liking they don’t hesitate to put things exactly how you want them.
I’m very happy with my new property and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I can’t recommend Regal estate agents highly enough! Craig has been fantastic and has done so much to help us with selling a tricky probate property. When we encountered problems he went out of his way to help us and sort things out. His communication and keeping in touch were truly excellent. Way beyond any experiences we have had with other agents in the past. If we ever need to sell again I would definitely use Regal again.
