Outstanding Quality and Excellent Customer Service
The quality of the products sold here are outstanding! My Rottweiler is fully equipped from here with everything from his personalised lead and collar to his healthy treats.
I also had an order issue once where the wrong item was sent, but customer service resolved it really quickly and sent the correct item out straight away. Brilliant service and great quality products — highly recommend!

A very solid
A very solid , sturdy build , looks very good quality but time will tell as i do find my dogs collars don't tend to stay nice for long and coating very cheap quality so i look forward to seeing how this one holds up and wears over time so far so good 😊

We have 6 chihuahuas
We have 6 chihuahuas, one has irritating itchy skin ,I was recommended the treats and it helped greatly and we have a much happier dog which makes us feel better as we'd tried lots of other products

Laura went above and beyond!
Laura has got to be one of the best people I have ever worked with in a customer service setting! From my initial enquiry she went above and beyond. I had requested a custom stitch on a gold series collar which wasn’t listed on the website. I genuinely thought my request would be shut down however, Laura surprised me and advised she was willing to test it to see if it could work! With both sides happy with the end result - I placed an order for the gold series collar, harness and lead. I received it in good time, eveything fit my pup perfectly and I really did have a positive buying experience with the company. Laura is a credit to the team and I would recommend the brand to all dog owners.

Great products
Really nice products at a fair price in my opinion. They are a bit heavy for smaller dogs but that's understandable as they seem to cater mostly to bigger breeds
