My experience with this travel company disappointed
My experience with this travel company was very disappointing. The service was not good at all. It felt like they don’t take their customers seriously and don’t really care about providing a quality experience. There was little communication, no proper guidance, and the staff seemed unprofessional and unorganized. I expected much better, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend them. Before it was good they was taking care of customers now they don’t have time to take care of customers.
