Professional and prompt service
I asked the company to help me with the single child visa and the service was outstanding. Numan was very helpful, polite and professional. I received my visa before the date they promised. I’ll certainly recommend this company to my friends and family and will rely on their services in the future.

Fraudulent
Paid and sent my info for a visa application on 11/14, was told it would take 4 days, didn't hear anything until 11/21 (1 week later) so I checked in on that day with them, no response for hours, then they tell me theyll check and let me know, no response until the next day, they ask for my information and documents again on 11/22, clearly they didn't submit the visa. Then on 11/25 they ask for more information and then on 11/26 they tell me it will take another 2 days. which is 2weeks from when I pain and gave my information and documents. Throughout this time very poor communication, many of my texts went an unanswered. I asked why the visa submission was delayed and they said "technical issues". Eventually they inform me that my visa was rejected, I asked what the reason was and I am yet to hear back. Basically it took them 2 weeks to not complete a 2 day process, took a higher fee and very poor communication throughout.

We acknowledge receipt of your payment on November 14th, and we immediately started processing your application. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected technical issue with one of our WhatsApp lines, there was a delay in accessing the documents you had initially shared. This issue impacted our communication temporarily, and we deeply apologize for this disruption.
Once we regained access to your documents via an alternate contact number, we resumed the process immediately and worked diligently to complete your application. Despite our efforts, including submitting your application through an urgent 24-hour processing option at no additional cost, the visa application was rejected by UAE immigration authorities.
We understand how disappointing this outcome must have been for you, especially with your travel plans in place. Please note that the UAE immigration decision process is beyond our control, and no reason for the rejection was provided. However, to strengthen your application, we had attached all requested documents, including your bank statements, USA residence visa, and confirmed flight bookings.
We also want to highlight that we are always available through multiple contact channels, including alternative WhatsApp numbers, emails, and phone lines, all of which are listed on our website and social media platforms. We aim to respond to all inquiries promptly, typically within 30 minutes via email.
We deeply regret any inconvenience caused during this process and appreciate your understanding of the challenges we faced due to technical issues. Please know that your experience has been noted, and we are continuously working to improve our services to ensure a smoother process for all our clients.
