Do not buy this product. Arrive damaged and looks like something from a dollar store. I can't get anyone from their customer service to reply to me. It's a scam.

Ordered this mask due to the same dermatologist website we all saw giving it best option for a budget. Also got the flash sale for the free neck mask. came here and saw all the awful reviews so I emailed them and thankfully immediately got my order cancelled and refunded within a few minutes of requesting it. I think i got my refund because I ordered and cancelled in the same day. I’m up in the air now if it was a scam or not, I think i’m better off buying off amazon where I know i’ll get a refund.

Scam!!!! I placed an order and when I received my email with the order status it showed the delivery address was incorrect. I emailed immediately and let them know of the error. They responded and stated they would send it to the correct address. Then when I checked tracking it showed it was going to the wrong address. Now they will not return my emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. SCAM.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Do not order from here. The mask I got would not even charge, was not functional, was defective. Reached out to the company multiple times. Called them. No one ever answered until I threatened to dispute the charge, then I got an email telling me where to return my mask. I have not returned it. It has been delivered and I still have not received my refund. Do not order from here. the mask is junk.

I ordered the mask and was shocked to see how cheap it was. It looked like they placed their logo on a Pursonic $49 mask but charged triple that! I immediately wanted to return it because it was not what I thought I paid for. However, they would not send a return label and I had to spend $15 to mail it back. Their customer service is conducted by Regenabot, an AI bot. That should tell you a lot! I’m still waiting on my refund to my credit card! I will give them a few more days…

I had the face mask and neck mask for about a month. For some reason the charger will not fit in either one of them anymore. They don’t stay charged long. Throwing them in the trash now since customer service won’t respond to me. Will buy another better brand

IT IS A SCAM!!! Total broken garbage that a child must have built. Don't buy it. I don't know why I did, without research.

I tried the mask 4 times, I developed a 'sunburn type' rash on part of my face. I went to my dermatologist, was prescribed a non steroidal cream, $125. Customer service is poor. But they finally responded, gave me an address to return mask....I'm little concerned returning, because not sure if I'll get a refund. Not pleased...

The reviews on here are not accurate in my opinion. I have been using both the face mask and the neck mask and absolutely have seen improvement in both areas. The redlight is 633nm and that is the lowest red light length you can get, which explains why the product is so insanely affordable. Most of the other masks are around 350-400 but they have wavelengths from 633-660 and also have NIR (near infrared) which reaches much deeper. These are not LED lights, they are legit red light. I will continue to use this until I feel my skin maxes out and I move on to one of the stronger, more expensive ones. Please don't read these reviews and freak out if you have purchased this mask.

I originally read a dermatology school website’s positive review & recommendation for the REGENALIGHT. Before the holidays, they were having a great buy one/get one sale (with neck piece included); so, I ordered a couple for gifts. After a week or two, I tried to contact the company for tracking-only to find customer service was non existent; so, I began to worry after I found reviews online claiming the company was a scam & started to panic. So, just in case, I ordered a cheaper, but similar, alternative through a Walmart third party seller-which I planned to gift instead (or keep for myself if I did get the Regina lights). Thankfully, both REGENALIGHT masks arrived (separately) a few days later, & I was greatly relieved & pleasantly surprised (thrilled really)! They worked right out of the box, seemed good quality, & arrived in very nice gift boxes-inside a well packed outer box. Their sale was even better than I realized & had sent an extra set that I hadn’t anticipated. So, I even got to try/keep one for myself-Which I have to admit, seems great! So far, the REGENALIGHT works very well; & is far superior to Walmart’s no-name alternative. While the no-name brand did come with a remote, it was corded with a very short USB cord! Worse yet, it could only be used while plugged in! Sure, I could go out & buy super long usb cords but why would I when the REGENALIGHT is cordless! It’s true it shuts off after about 15 minutes-but that’s just a safety feature & fine with me since it should never be used for longer than that anyway! It’s also fairly quick to charge; easy to use-push on/off/change color sessions, the instructions concise; and So, I’m loving it! The only con- (besides no customer service) is the strap could be a bit stronger, or have two of them. Also, I do wish these masks (most don’t) came with protective eye covers. Sure, you can keep your eyes closed but it’s still recommended to wear an eye shield/eye patches underneath to protect your vision. I also recommend washing your face well before & after use, do a (1/2 time) trial run skin test for light sensitivity; & also use hyaluronic acid or a niacinamide serum activator before each use for best results. Overall, I’m pretty happy with my Regina light!

This company is a total sham. Non responsive and I would never do business with them again. I have emailed them 5 times to request a refund after finding the product did not meet the descriptions.

I have written to them 4 times with no response. The only thing they said was that they were looking into it. That was weeks ago.

Ordered this then saw the reviews about an hr later. Only response I have gotten to cancel order is A I with fake promises. Order has not been canceled.

Garbage mask. Needs to be charged after every use. Sometimes doesn’t even make it through the whole 15 min session. Also think it’s not the right frequency

The mask is of poor quality plastic, smells and feels like something you don’t want to put on your face. Customer service is a joke, no one answers the phone, online or via email after an initial reply and the address I got for a return seems to be from a storage space in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. By the way it looks, this is a scam.

I've been in communication with the support team for months trying to get a replacement for the neck light mask and I am now being ignored. On their request I've sent proof of the issues that I'm having and now I'm not getting any response. The neck mask doesn't hold a charge and the white light turns yellow in the middle of use.

I ordered this product through their website before I started seeing all the bad reviews. I took the chance and ordered it - and yes it was shipped out of China on Nov.12, 2025. Today is Dec. 10, 2025 and from transit, it now reads delivered on Dec. 3, 2025 - "Delivered, Neighbor as requested." First of all, our mail is delivered to parcel lockers - not to our homes. Secondly, I have not received this package whatsoever. Third, I have a camera that catches the whole front of my home and up to 3 houses down on all sides of the street. No delivery. I don't know how to contact this company and am out $130.00 - not happy - it's a total scam starting from when you first open the website and are deceived.
