Bad news AVOID
This company sold us on virtual mail. I had credit cards mailed to me there. One was received on 5/23 and was sent to me on 7/7. Also, they charged $80 as we agreed for 2 months then jacked the price to $117. No added value. Finally, since the replacement cards were held by them the payment stopped and 20 days later I was approached by a fake in house debt collector americasdebtcollection from their corporate address, violating the law. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
The agreement was originally signed by your former employee, who left the company without transferring ownership of the account to you. The agreement was for a Virtual Office Mailbox Plus plan, which provides a business address for use on official correspondence and company documents.
The mail forwarding service is an add-on service charged monthly and is automatically activated from the start of the agreement. Information about this service was provided in the welcome email sent to the original signatory. Your centre team confirmed that your mail has been forwarded weekly to your registered address. On one occasion, the mail was returned due to an insufficient address. You were informed immediately, and the mail was resent to the updated address provided. Mail forwarding records can also be viewed in your online account (myregus.com) under the "Documents" section. Any delivery delays should be raised directly with the postal service provider.
Your account is currently suspended due to unpaid invoices and has been referred to our collections team. To reinstate the account, the outstanding balance will need to be settled.

Transperancey about being able to hear everyone's conversations
I’ve had a great experience overall with this facility. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, and the space is well-maintained and functional. However, one thing to note is the noise level. Despite the distance between offices, sound carries quite easily, which can be challenging for someone like me who works with very private clients. I would have appreciated more transparency about this aspect before renting the space, as it might have influenced my decision. Nonetheless, the positive aspects of the facility and the staff’s support make it a commendable choice for many professionals.
