WARNING

WARNING - We have been with Regus close to two years, when we moved it we were offered a deal with parking, 6 spaces for the price of 2 at a total cost of £120 per month in total. On that basis we signed up. We are now told that this offer is being revoked and we will be charged £100 per space, so from £120 per month to £600 per month which is a ridiculous increase. They have refused to let us out of our contract before its end date and have simply said we are free to park elsewhere, knowing full well there is no where else to park. Beware of any offers discussed when signing up as these might well be removed after you have signed leaving you stuck.

Wow what can I say other than the…

Wow what can I say other than the worst, greedy company who care very little about service.
PLEASE DO NOT USE REGUS.
They will keep increasing prices mid term. Ooo we need to increase your deposit.... ooo we need to start parking charges... ooo we need to charge you to paint a wall.damagaed by their own water leek in roof.

Hi Chris,
It’s surprising that you felt it appropriate to post a new online complaint again after we fully addressed this with you in February.
You requested to early terminate which is not possible so we declined your request; you’ve been disappointed since.
We credited the additional restoration costs in recognition of the leak that occurred. We highlighted where we had already informed you that parking is an additional cost; there was no malpractice here.
We ask all our customers to add an automated payment method to their account. I apologise if this wasn’t clearly communicated to you but it’s in the terms of your agreement.
We understand that this is not always possible, so we agreed as an exception for you to pay via an alternative method. That exception is made on the understanding that an additional service retainer is payable.
If you decide to add an automated payment method to your account (which you can easily do through your online portal, under the Account / Billing and payments section), we’ll immediately credit and refund this additional retainer.
Your local team remain your key contacts and you have their details. Thank you.
