Horrible Business Practices
Horrible business practices. Walked in and requested access to this facility for a month, since I was only going to be in town for 3 weeks, front desk said I could do it online because a sales agent wasn't available. So I did as instructed, signed up in under 5 min, selected the month I wanted access and completed the checkout in under 5 min. I sat down an started working. 5 min later after receiving my first invoice that I had immediately paid for, I received another invoice for the following month. I stood up and went to front desk to inquire about the second invoice, and I was told that when I sign up I immediately agree to a continuous charge month to month, that renews each month until canceled, to which I replied, "no problem, please canceled the following month, as I only require this current month". She said I cannot cancel it because you can only cancel it before the 1st day of each month. It was the 4th that day. She could easily have said before I completed the sign up and checkout in front of her, but explicitly decided to leave out that information. I had to spend 1 hour on the phone with some agent in order to be able to cancel the contract. To sum up, this place is nothing like WeWork, do not make that assumption. There's no way to use the facilities just for a month, the only way to successfully do this, you would have to pay the prior month you intend to use the offices, and the same day request to cancel the renewal. Bottom line, do not walk in unless you are only going to use the office for a single day. Furthermore, their service is not as good, neither their offices. Having used offices in Chicago, NYC, Madrid and Paris, I would highly recommend using any other local office sharing spaces.

I didn't post anonymously. My personal information is linked to my Trustpilot account. You've received many reviews to know that if you reply to a comment the OP will get a notification, as I did. I've already contacted you many times, your response has been consistent, you won't cancel the contract. That's why I decided to escalate this issue with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
