**⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience with Regus (Gurugram Welldone Center)**
As a business operating a night shift, choosing Regus was one of the most frustrating decisions we have made.
Before signing the agreement, we were clearly informed that our business would operate during the night, and our contract reflects this. However, after moving in, we were told by the center staff that the facility was not meant for night operations. This contradiction alone created unnecessary operational challenges from day one.
The biggest issue is the complete lack of accountability. Every time a problem arises, no one takes ownership. You are redirected from one person to another, and there is never a clear resolution. Managing even basic requests becomes an exhausting process.
The quality of facility management has also been disappointing. On several occasions we have experienced:
* Unclean washrooms.
* No tissue paper available.
* No handwash liquid.
* Poor upkeep of common areas.
* Basic office necessities not being monitored consistently.
Recently, despite our business operating at night, the air conditioning during our shift was discontinued without my approval. I was informed that this decision had been discussed with me, which is completely incorrect. When I requested proof of this alleged discussion, no one was able to provide any email, message, or written confirmation. Attempts to reach the center management went unanswered.
The handling of accounts and billing has been equally concerning. There have been repeated issues with account management, conflicting information from different teams, and unnecessary back-and-forth emails simply to resolve matters that should have been straightforward. The lack of professionalism has resulted in wasted time and avoidable disruption to our business.
As a startup, you expect a serviced office provider to reduce operational burdens, not create new ones. Unfortunately, every day feels like a new challenge instead of allowing us to focus on growing our business.
This review is based entirely on my personal experience and the documented email communication I have retained. I sincerely hope Regus reviews the management practices at this center, improves accountability, and delivers the level of service businesses are promised.
If you are a startup looking for a reliable managed office space, I would strongly recommend evaluating all options carefully before committing.

Hi Vijay, I'm sorry you felt the need to leave another review.
You will see in our House rules that Heating/Air-conditioning in operational during regular business hours.
Whilst we do try to accommodate requests for out-of-hours usage, it is not always possible, which has already been explained to you.
We appreciate the frustration this has caused, and your centre manager is working to source a portable unit for you.
The maintenance and cleaning of our facilities are very important, and we can assure you of our highest standards.
The cleaning crew performs a final check every day before they leave at 18:00 and have been reminded of the standards we expect; we will continue to monitor the situation.
You have raised several account queries with us during your time with us, and they have been handled promptly and resolved; I can only apologise if the level of service has not matched your expectations.
