Sizing is wrong. Customer service is useless. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere

Bought a cheap road bike, bottom of the range one. Regretted it and don't recommend. Spend more and get something better.

When I decided to buy a mountain bike I initially spoke to a helpful salesperson in your Adelaide store who provided very useful advice. When I was ready to purchase several months later there was a delay due to supply issues. I live in a regional area a long way from Adelaide and so opted for delivery. Delivery was prompt. My only criticism would be that the online and printed instructions were not specific for the Vice 3.0. As someone not particularly familiar with bike construction it took me sometime to put the bike together. I am considering purchasing a second bike of the same model, but may consider an in-store purchase for the above reason, even though it will be a 1500 km round trip.

I avail the free bike light and I wont mind paying $10 for shipping fee. But for the quality of the bike light its not worth the $10. The rear bike light is not working and front bike light is too weak. Firefly's light is much stronger and ecofriendly

So far, I've had a great experience ordering with Reid online for our two separate orders. I have not visited their physical locations. But the cycles have shipped and arrived quickly, and they've helped track all the way.
The instructions for assembly leave something to be desired, but the assembly videos online were very helpful. They are about 75-80% assembled, so it's pretty easy.

I would never purchase a bike from you again. Bike came half assembled had problems with the front brake not adjusted correctly, LH crank was not tight found this out when it come of while riding. Due to loose crank arm the diamond slot on crank arm was ruined and told that it was not covered under warranty i had to purchase another one from ried and is not the same style as original part, the part number was supplied by reid. They give you a link for a YouTube video for assembly that does not exist. I should have brought a Giant

Great product. Easy online purchase. Delivery took longer than expected but that’s understandable at the moment. Easy pickup from Richmond store.

The bike itself is great. It doesn't have a kickstand which is slightly annoying and the complimentary lock ended up twisting the key that came with it. I was very lucky to unchain my bike. I'd look into the lock, they were very bad and nearly chained my bike permanently to a pole.

Good delivery, front tyre had a puncture. Excellent response to send another tube. Didn’t get the bike out and build up until night before my daughters so had to give it to her with a flat tyre which was disappointing

Nice product - pretty bike with a good colour range. A few issues, however - the front brakes came out of alignment; they don't clamp down on the wheel fully. When pressing on them from the handlebar, only one side of the clamp actually touches the wheel. Trying to realign them only resulted in the other side of the clamp touching the wheel; cannot get both sides of the clamp to touch both sides of the wheel.
The bike also does not come with any instructions for putting it tigether. The product listing on the website has downloadable, generic instructions, meant to be used with any of their bikes - however, the bike in the instructions may resemble their other models, but the vintage style model, specifically, is a very different make with it's own parts, which are not represented in the generic instruction manual. So it was difficult to work out how to put it together and know if you were putting it together correctly and thus, safely.
The way it was packaged in the box also meant that a sharp piece of metal from another part of the bike had pierced the seat while in the box; so the seat already had two puncture holes in it upon taking it out of the box. The seat is also very uncomfortable - had to buy a seat softener cover from another supplier.
Other than that, it is a good bike for the price and, as mentioned before; has a nice design and colour range.

Really like the bike. Easy to ride. Comfy!

This is a great bike for the price, it’s easy to ride for the bike riding I do all on bike tracks and gears easy to manage. I get compliments quite often on the colour and look of the bike.

Ordered a children's bike online. Arrived on time however there were NO pedals in the box. Had to drive over an hour to the Sydney store to collect some. Back wheel does not spin properly - have contacted customer service multiple times for some support / solution but have not received a reply. So it looks like we will have to travel the 2 hour -there and back - drive to the Sydney store again to rectify.

Found a great offer - a free pair of bicycle lights. All I had to do was pay $10 postage. Took weeks to arrive and when they did, they were in a standard envelope in a plastic bag with no padding. One was broken. Managed to super glue it and it fell off first ride. So $10 for one light. Not a happy customer.

Excellent service. My order arrived ahead of the scheduled time.

Purchasing through Reid Cycles was a great experience. Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. Their sizing guide was really helpful. Putting the bicycle together was no problem as their online instruction was clear and concise. And, their bikes are great value for money.
