Ordered a children's bike online. Arrived on time however there were NO pedals in the box. Had to drive over an hour to the Sydney store to collect some. Back wheel does not spin properly - have contacted customer service multiple times for some support / solution but have not received a reply. So it looks like we will have to travel the 2 hour -there and back - drive to the Sydney store again to rectify.

Found a great offer - a free pair of bicycle lights. All I had to do was pay $10 postage. Took weeks to arrive and when they did, they were in a standard envelope in a plastic bag with no padding. One was broken. Managed to super glue it and it fell off first ride. So $10 for one light. Not a happy customer.

Purchasing through Reid Cycles was a great experience. Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. Their sizing guide was really helpful. Putting the bicycle together was no problem as their online instruction was clear and concise. And, their bikes are great value for money.

Reasonable price and communication. Missed my initial reply email however which caused delays in receiving my purchase. Happy with purchase.

Great value bike for my 10yo. Chose click and collect option and bike available as advised when collected. Claims by Reid that it would be '...fully assembled by a bike mechanic and ready to ride" inaccurate as tyres not inflated properly, brakes not set up properly and front derailleur not aligned.

My bike is absolutely amazing I am a teen living near the beach so its perfect when i want to go for a ride with my friends to local rock pools and beaches. It’s perfect with the basket so i can put everything I need for a beach day inside. BEST BIKE EVER and very affordable since i am trying to save my money for a car, I didn’t feel guilty buying it and the quality is amazing.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and never tried to push me into a sale. Was very happy with the bike I bought there.... excellent value for the spec and it has served me well. Will definitely go back when it's time for an upgrade.

My brakes weren't working. I turned up without N appointment and was helped

So I really purchased lights that were a promotion, only had to pay shipping. Thanks by the way , for my use they can be seen and I can see with limitations.
Reid cycles have sent various promotions since and always look at their products.

I have bought a 7 * MTB Pro 27.5" Disc Mountain Bike, The Costumer service at Stanmore, NSW Store was great. Help me with selecting a bike as I was buying these bikes for riders of different heights. I would happily recommend this store for buying Reid bikes. Hope bikes will be good as their customer service. I will write another review for Bikes after a month of Ride.

I purchased a bike online from Reid Cycle's website. Delivery was quick and assembly was relatively simple, but unfortunately it was not the bike for me.

Reid Cycles were happy to accept the return within the 30 days return policy and I received a full refund.

The pedal thread stripped completely after two weeks of light riding.
