They made sure everything was perfect for my senior prom! Super professional and quick. Great communication between the company as well!

A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER!!!
The dresses they have on their website and Instagram are not theirs. They try to replicate them and fail miserably.
They ignore you after the payment is made and when they do respond it’s for some more unnecessary measurements or confirmations so the timeline keeps getting extended and there is no result. When you finally see the dress you were so looking forward to - it looks nothing like the one you ordered.
They hid the fact that you can only get a refund in the first 24hours after ordering. The customer service was abysmally rude. The dress looked nothing like the approved design.
My bank told me this business has been flagged as fraud but I was stupid enough to believe Reinee Couture. No refund, no dress, lots of stress and money lost.
Save yourself the trouble and forget about buying anything from them.

The gown arrived beautifully packaged and fit perfectly without needing any alterations. The quality was far superior to anything I’ve bought from big-name brands. I actually bought two dresses from them. The first dress didn’t come exactly how I wanted it because the fabric was different. However, the second dress was perfect and I loved it. They gave me a discount on my second dress because it wasn’t how I liked it. My advice to you is to make sure you are clear with what you want. They are very good with costumer service and they make sure to show you the end result before shipping it to you. The dress also came in time so that is a plus. They are great with deadlines. I would highly recommend getting a dress here.
