Excellent company to deal with.
I was sold a clearly faulty and unfit vehicle and the dealership and finance company would not action any of the legal rights that I was sending to them (both within dealership and their CEO office).
This was a hugely stressful time for me thinking I had committed to paying for such an expensive car for 5 years that would break down every fortnight and cost incalculable amounts just to make usable.

Bought a £12,000 Mini from a car dealer which was found to have been in a bad accident. Rite , mini Williams Rochdale sold me a mini Cooper s 2014 approved , as I was driving it out , noticed peeling lacquer on front bumper , 3 small dents in rear panels , don't worry they said we sort it , , decided to wash it found some bad paint , drove it home Friday , was back Saturday for oil , Sunday it started jumping out of first gear , , tried correspondence not really interested , in fact the senior manager told me , well it's a six year old car what do you expect , , was not getting anywhere , then I got log book back , 3 owners , I was told it had 1 , same response of higher management , didn't really give a monkeys , they offered to try and fix the dents and the gear box , contacted this company and told me not to take in for repair within 3 weeks the car had gone back to mini , money in the bank , sent an accesor out and he discovered nearly all the car had been painted to a bad standard , happy days , it cost me 1450 quid which I could of done with , but I could not live with the car it was a mess , these guys sorted it out in no time , kept me updated with emails and phone calls right up to handing the bag of s,,te back , yes use this company no matter how long you have had your car if you think it is not right , 100%. RejectMyCar helped me when I was having a real big issue with a dealer. I found Reject My Car by browsing through the internet. I was having problems with my new E-Pace and had not had it for almost 6 months and was very stressed by the whole situation. I contacted Ian and they did all the chasing with the dealership and the solicitors.
