Your staff needs full training about customer service.
No sense of humour. Even Just a smile makes other people's Day and with courtsey say Thank You to the customer . Staff asked me if I wanted a bag. I bought items obviously I needed a bag. Just asked me "do want a you bag". Obviously I needed one how could I cary the items I bought. Came home going through the receipt she charged me for the bag. Why the hell she didn't tell the customer that it cost money. There are shops who don't charge for the bags. I thought it must be free. Tell your staff when asking customers if they need bag, it costs money. I had a bag in my handbag. Thinking it's free I said Yes to her. Also I couldn't find staff on the floor. I needed to ask for the product I wanted to buy. This is I'm talking about westfield Parramatta store.
Poor service.
