WARNING - be extremely wary of hiring a skip from this company
I have been waiting 2 months for my skip to be collected, with no sign of it going anytime soon.
They use external companies to provide the skips, and if that company goes into liquidation or experience any issues, you will be left with a skip on your property for months! They have failed to collect my skip, stating that it is the property of the external company, and therefore nothing they can do. Be careful and I would recommend using another supplier who actually owns the skips.

We’re genuinely sorry for the upset and inconvenience caused here. We completely understand how frustrating it is to have a skip left on your property for longer than expected, and we want to reassure you and others that this is not the level of service we would ever normally deliver.
This issue has arisen with one of our old suppliers based in the Cardiff area who have run into serious operational and financial difficulties. Sadly, this has led to delays for a small number of customers in the region with existing skips. When a skip is supplied by a third party it legally remains their property, which means we cannot simply send another supplier to remove it without following the proper legal process. Acting outside of that process would risk legal consequences for both our customers and ourselves.
While this situation is outside our control, customers who book with us are in a much stronger position. We have been taking on all of the legal work and communications required to resolve matters under the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977, which protects our customers from the time, stress and potential legal costs they would face had they booked directly with the supplier. We’ve already served final legal notice and are working daily to bring about a resolution.
Unfortunately, any business can encounter financial difficulty unexpectedly, but please rest assured that we are fully engaged and doing everything possible to resolve this lawfully and quickly. We will continue to update the handful of affected customers in Cardiff as soon as we have progress.
We’re very grateful for your patience and understanding, and we’re committed to ensuring this matter is resolved properly.

Reliable Skips Are Indeed Reliable
Reliable Skip hire do exactly what it says on the tin. They are reliable!
Good pre sale and post sale process with automated email sent as soon as the order was confirmed providing extensive details of the delivery and what can and cannot be put into the skip.
The correct size skip arrived on the day it was requested. My only feedback here would be whether a x hour slot can be allocated rather than a blanket it will arrive between 07.00 and 18.00, but this isn’t a deal breaker by any stretch.
The skip was collected on the day it was requested even though the website suggested it could be up to 5 days beyond that date.
Overall a very good service and would recommend.
