Reliance digital is a bogas fraud company
Cheated every body anywhere give false statements everytime and half a time not picking phone also . really a harassment don't buy anything from reliance digital.
Since last 2 months am frustrated.
Don't buy any product and extended warranty.

Very poor service upon ordering a new washing machine from their online store they neither delivered the product nor you get an option to cancel the product . Still fighting with them to get the order cancelled and get a refund of the amount . Worst service ever experienced in appliance purchase .

They are biggest fraudsters they sell duplicate products. Moreover their extended warranty RESQ scheme is a total scam.

First they assured me with (2+1 extended ) three years warranty later on they denied to provide any repair service within the warranty period.

Dont buy products from Reliance digital.

Aaj main apna online shopping experience share kar raha hoon. Maine 8 August ko Reliance Digital se Dell laptop purchase kiya, jo 12 August ko deliver hua.
Setup ke time power adapter laga hua tha to laptop perfectly work kar raha tha, lekin power unplug karte hi laptop suddenly off ho gaya. Maine immediately return request raise ki, lekin 24 hours baad call aaya ki mujhe service centre jana padega.
Kya naye defective product ke liye customer ko service centre ke chakkar lagane chahiye? Is tarah ki service se online shopping par trust kaise rahega?
Main bill, actual photos aur video share kar raha hoon. I hope reliance meri issue ko seriously lekar proper replacement/return provide karega.

I ordered a mobile from reliance and the initial delivery date as per reliance was 6th Aug. Delhivery site showed 10th of Aug. On 10th it was updated to 11th Aug and on 11th it was updated to 12th Aug. As per the last update, seems like they don’t have a date, they are now saying “as soon as possible”.

The message is not clear it says “destination was unable to receive it”, which is the destination . It is a very strange message. Is the destination my house or Delhivery office. Kind of strange that Delhivery don’t have anybody to collect the parcel at their facility. I believe that is the message they are telling me.

I raised a ticket with reliance and they need 48 to 72 hours to resolve the issue. They also have no clue on what has happened. Just giving false promise like, we understand your problem, we are doing our best. regular pep talk no movement.

Now on what basis I should accept the parcel. Considering the delay. There is a very high possibility that the parcel is misplaced and it is damaged. The product which is a mobile phone and which has been in transit and untraceable is probably a damaged product which has moved multiple hands and god know what condition it is now. What is the assurance on the quality and integrity of the product ?

I have looped in somebody who claims to be CEO Desk @reliance. Not sure what is going to be the solution

Never buy products from Reliance Digital. There customer care service is bad. They hang up the phone without listening to the customers. Product related rules and policies are also applied incorrectly. In their policy they accept product return but in reality they give you false hope in mail they will accept return but after a month they say we can accept your request. Minus infinity star

I purchased one washing machine on 26 jan 26 by executive Md meraj alam from reliance digital dunlop he said if I purchase it from bajaj EMI card then I received an cashback of rs1500 but several times I talked with him but not received any positive review of cashback very poor

I had a terrible experience with Reliance Digital. There was no after-sales service at all, and when I tried to contact management, they were unresponsive. The installation process was difficult, and ...and the staff seemed untrained. I felt lost and frustrated throughout the entire process. I wouldn`t recommend Reliance Digital to anyone looking for reliable service or support
The staffs of Reliance Digital stores assured that the machine will be installed by their company - Reliance owned Service Department. The service personnel demanded huge money even for installation. Thereafter, the company has not come forward to service the Machine during the warranty period. They simply replied - we should remind them to do the service.
I caution the customers - Be aware of the consequences of your purchases made from the marketing giant - Reliance Digital stores which is involved in sucking the hard earned income of the middle class society & families - thereby attain the stature of the World`s largest network as well as the World`s richest family.

Very very very bad service. No one will pay attention to your request even you send email there is no result. If you call customer care number they will promise you that your complaint is highlighted and they will call you but you never ever receive a call. ​I am writing this to save my friends, family, and fellow shoppers from the absolute nightmare and financial loss we are currently experiencing with Reliance Digital at Unity one Mall.
​We purchased a Haier AC from them and have faithfully paid for their Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for almost FIVE years. We trusted them to protect our investment and keep our appliance running.
​Here is the reality of their "service":
​❌ Broken Promises: Our AC has completely stopped working, and despite paying for years of guaranteed service, they are refusing to fulfill any of the promises made to us.
​❌ Zero Support: They have completely abandoned their service commitments. We are left with a broken appliance and zero accountability from their team.
​❌ Waste of Money: The AMC charges they happily collected for 5 years mean absolutely nothing to them now.
​It is incredibly frustrating to see a giant retailer take a customer's hard-earned money for years, only to leave them stranded when they actually need the service. This is a classic case of taking the money and running.
​Do yourself a favor and AVOID buying your electronics or service contracts from Reliance Digital at Unity Mall. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Go somewhere that actually values customer loyalty and honors their word.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed with Reliance Digital's After-Sales Service

I purchased a Havells KOPERE RO Water Purifier from Reliance Digital, Vijayawada on 03-05-2025. I also paid an additional ₹4,899 for the extended warranty/service plan based on the assurance given by Reliance Digital that I would receive timely and reliable after-sales support. Invoice No.: T39E11525500603.
It has been more than a year since my purchase, and I have not received even a single preventive maintenance service or routine service under the extended warranty. Despite paying extra for the service plan, I have had to follow up on my own whenever I needed support.

I contacted Reliance Digital customer care two days ago, and I was assured that a technician would visit within 48 hours. However, no technician has visited, no one has contacted me, and there has been absolutely no follow-up.

To make matters worse, I repeatedly called the store contact number (9321997489) printed on the invoice, but no one answered the calls, despite multiple attempts. This level of customer support is completely unacceptable.

What is the purpose of charging customers thousands of rupees for an extended warranty if you fail to provide even the most basic service? Selling extended warranties is easy, but honoring your commitments is what builds customer trust.

This is a complete failure of after-sales support. Customers pay extra expecting peace of mind, not to spend their time chasing customer care and the store for a service they have already paid for.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline and the appropriate Consumer Commission. I also urge prospective customers to think carefully before purchasing an extended warranty from Reliance Digital if this is the level of support they can expect.

One of my worst experience using the reliance digital online. I ordered 1.5 ton ac they delivered 1 ton ac and they havent taken the return after 5 days. Then I orderd anothet ac which delivered but as advertised there was no free installation. I was speaking to mutiple people and they saying to call this number that number still no installation done yet.

I would give 0 stars if that were possible. This has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever had with Reliance.

At the time of purchase, the staff strongly insisted that we buy the extended warranty until 2028, assuring us that it would provide complete peace of mind and quick support if any issue arose.

Unfortunately, my AC has not been working for the past one month, and despite having an active extended warranty, no one has taken responsibility for resolving the issue. There has been no proper service initiated, and no one even responds to our phone calls.

This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Selling an extended warranty is meaningless if customers cannot receive timely service when they actually need it. I request Reliance to take immediate action, arrange for the repair of my AC without any further delay, and improve its customer support.

I've never seen such a most worse service from such a renowned company like Reliance. Initially back in the previous years the service was not this much worst but gradually they have revealed their real quality in such a poor manner.
I would never recommend to anyone to take up the service from Reliance. Honestly speaking, the pricing/discounts are the only positive thing I had seen comparatively with other home appliances showrooms but Reliance is also one of the poorest companies I'd say when it comes to after sales servicing. Because, no one calls after booking an appointment for service and no message updates. Even after complaining several times still no rectification or no proper understanding of the customer's need. No timely response/help from the service centre. This last One year I've faced several incidents similar like this. So I'd suggest not to go for the Reliance after sales service at all. It's utterly waste of time and hard earned money investing for extended warranty which is of no use.
Even today, I'm facing the issue of not getting proper response after multiple calls for service and I've booked the appointment a week ago, yet nobody turned up for servicing.
Definitely don't take up the Reliance warranty for servicing because it's a scam.

I buy the new LLOYD AC April 3rd at Reliance digital at dwaraka nagar branch visakhapatnam, installation 4th APRIL, in that time installation person imron I was paid 7,500/- installation fee but I`m not happy April month ending ac was not cooling and water leakage, reliance digital service centre team simply says to me, call to installation person, then i called that person and he gived their boss number I was talked, technician send it after 2 days total gas was leaked then next day he came filled it and water leakage problem also that time solved and may month same problem Reliance digital service centre take easily respond problem not solved then again completed to the reliance digital service centre jun month I was called same complaint 2nd week they take easily respond then i will complainted LLoyd online portal they was send it technician after one week , I`m in not in there that time person came, he says good but again I`m completed both of us kaushik internation team head and reliance digital service centre still my AC water leakage problem and cooling very weak, some bady Lloyd company technician came he checked it AC gas % less and water identification not their still problem is incompatible, reliance digital given to deactivate product to me, new product very month same issue, reliance digital service centre head office customer care mail ID I was send it complaint to my issue thier is also not good response only give it ticket number, still my problem not solved worst service customer experience through reliance digital.
