I used to abseil buildings cleaning windows and fixing facades from a rope in the blistering Brissy sun... There were some good aspects but it was far from my destiny to work a 9-5, being told what to do and when to do it. Not to mention completely wrecking my body in the process. I always dreamed of more and tried many other business models over the years but deep down I knew sales was one I'd have to try at some point but it scared me a lot. Being a big time natural introvert and not particularly outgoing at all times, this was a big fear of mine. However, I knew that sales would shape me into the person I was meant to be. RSI has not only improved my professional life but its also improved nearly every other aspect of my personal life. I now have a clear direction, I work the hours I want, when I want, surrounded only by others who are motivated for success and not a single person micro manages me. I spent years in the high-pressure world of corporate sales and executive management in Sydney. My story was I left working offshore, making great cash to try live a life abroad.. I committed to training with RSI, and i felt maybe I wasnt good enough but with the training and biting the bullet to apply, I now have been living in Bali making 2x what i was making offshore and I only work 10hrs a week haha! WTF.. very soon im on track to making $10k a week and doing maybe 15hrs a week. I know im blessed but its possible. The team, and Kris and Sharni show up like no other. personally helped me along the way. It wasnt a "here is a program and off you go" kind of offer. they have so many live trainings, the teach you the ropes and ultimately help you land a job.. They have an agency for placing setters and closers.

I can’t speak highly enough of RSI!

I come from an industry that couldn’t be further from sales. The course taught me how to apply my life experience to sales while the live coaching and supportive community brought repetition and confidence to chase a dream I thought I had no right to chase.

Now I’m making the switch from 12 hour shift work, high vis and 1.5hr commute to working my own schedule, optional pants and no commute!

The perfect vibe and perfect energy for someone who literally knew nothing about sales. I literally did not even know what a setter or a closer was and 6 weeks later I landed a job as a setter for a really good offer! Before I joined RSI I was in the middle of a transformation, I knew I wanted more from life but didn't know where to start, I resigned from my secure 9-5, moved to a beachside town, which was a great start, except there were limited employment opportunities so i found myself back in good ole hospo. Started looking into remote opportunities and found RSI.
I was sooo hesitant, firstly it sounded too good to be true, on a deeper level I was so afraid of failure and investing in myself - that I nearly didn't commit, a decision that I now know was absolutely life changing for me, and worth every cent.
The whole RSI team and extended community within the program are the most supportive, kind, helpful souls that quickly help you to feel safe and genuinely want you to succeed.
Growth is never easy, and I definitely felt out of my comfort zone on many occasions, but the hard work is worth it when you get to reach your goals. Not to mention the personal growth - next level amazing.
