I honestly can’t recommend RSI and the LAUNCH program enough. If you’re sitting on the fence wondering whether to take the leap, this is your sign to just do it!

I knew I needed to make a change in my life and create a different future for myself, but taking that first step was a big decision. I finally took a leap of faith, knuckled down, committed to the process and completed the entire course in just 58 days (while working 2 jobs). By the time I finished, I had already secured a job in the high ticket sales industry!

The LAUNCH program gave me the knowledge, skills and confidence I needed to break into an entirely new industry. The content is incredibly valuable, practical and structured in a way that actually prepares you for the real world. It’s one thing to learn the theory, but RSI genuinely helps you develop the skills and mindset needed to put it into practice.

A huge shoutout to the coaches, who were incredibly supportive throughout the journey, especially Nick. Having people in your corner who genuinely encourage you, push you to back yourself and want to see you succeed makes such a difference. The community is another massive highlight. Being surrounded by like minded people who are all working towards their own goals keeps you motivated and reminds you that you’re not doing it alone.

I’m now in my new role in the HTS industry and absolutely loving it! Looking back, I’m so glad I backed myself and committed to making a change rather than staying comfortable where I was.

If you’re thinking about joining RSI, stop overthinking it and take the leap. You still have to put in the work, show up and be willing to learn, but if you’re prepared to commit, the opportunities that can come from it are genuinely exciting and can change your life.

The RSI Launch program has been exceptional. The training and support from the whole team is at an elite level.

I originally joined RSI in December 2025 and completed Launch, which helped me land my first remote high-ticket sales role within 90 days, an A-grade offer in the property industry.

I went into that role, worked hard, produced measurable results and learnt so much about myself and the career and life I wanted to build. That experience positioned me for my next step.

I joined Elevate in March 2026, and that’s where the next level of growth began.

Through 1:1 coaching, smaller focused groups and live training, I’ve continued refining my skills rather than becoming comfortable after landing a role. It’s helped me understand the smaller improvements in communication, sales, mindset and performance that can take you from $10k months to $20k, $30k+ and beyond.

More importantly, it’s helped me get really clear on what I want. I’ve now taken the skills, experience and results I built in property and landed my next role in women’s career coaching and development, where I can earn more, work part-time hours and do work that feels genuinely fulfilling and aligned with me.

One of the biggest reasons I love Elevate and RSI as a whole is the people. The coaches genuinely care about our outcomes. They know you, challenge you, celebrate your wins and want to see you succeed. The students are just as special. Being surrounded by people who practise together, share feedback and genuinely celebrate each other keeps you accountable, engaged and wanting to show up.

For the first time since joining RSI, I feel like I’m living the reason I started. I wanted a successful career without having to choose between that and my health and wellbeing, while still having time and energy for my friends, family, travel and life.

I finally feel like I’m building exactly that, and I’m incredibly grateful to the coaches and community who have helped me get here.

Launch helped me get my foot in the door. Elevate is teaching me how far I can take it, and I genuinely feel like I’m only getting started.

I joined RSI to further improve my skills as a high ticket closer, after already going through other training and landing an offer.

My biggest goal was to get 1:1 support and also be a part of a community with whom I can further improve my skills in sales and communication.

My only concern beforehand was the 1:1 and whether it'd actually be what i needed which was quick responses and a lot of field experience.

RSI has definitely overdelivered on every aspect of what I wanted and what they promised during our consultation call.

The community is strong, everyone in the community, new or experiences, are kind and understanding and are looking to improve.

The weekly calls are amazing, there's one on almost every single day and i love that its on AUS timezone (i was in a US timezone course before) Different times during the day, so easy to fit at least something into the schedule. Replays av too which is super helpful. They've got different mentors too, for different topics so you get a variety of experienced sales professionals.

I got Ken as my mentor and he's an absolute beast. Super knowledgeable, always high energy, great conversation and great communication skills too, which I find one of the best parts of working with him.

So far Ive improved on my communication skills, and learnt a little more about sales psychology. My close rate has also gone up just from role playing with the other students.

Im excited to continue my 1:1 with Ken, attending the live calls to stay sharp and getting through all the study material inside RSI

If you're looking for a high end service to improve on your current skills, this is worth every penny you invest into it.

I've had a really positive experience with RSI. Nick Cownie has been a brilliant coach and mentor. His knowledge and experience helped me prepare and position myself to land my first role, and he really tailored his guidance to suit my experience.

Even after my role started, Nick's ongoing support has continued. He's one of the most genuine and knowledgeable guys in this field.

In addition to Nick, the other coaches were excellent, and I learnt a lot from the regular live calls and training.

I can genuinely say that joining RSI has been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself and my career.

What has stood out to me from the beginning is the community. It’s incredibly supportive, but more than that, people genuinely celebrate each other. There’s no sense that someone else succeeding takes anything away from you. Wins are shared, people encourage each other, and you’re surrounded by others who actually want to see you do well.

I’ve also loved the way sales is taught. It’s not just about scripts, pressure or trying to manipulate someone into saying yes. It’s genuine, authentic, human sales. You learn how to have better conversations, ask better questions, really listen and help someone make the right decision for them. That was really important to me.

And you’re definitely not just another number in a program. There are so many opportunities to jump onto live calls, practice, ask questions and learn from a variety of coaches, each bringing something different to the table. The level of access and support has been fantastic.

Something else I really respect is that the certification isn’t sitting still. RSI is constantly looking at how it can be improved, updated and made better for the people coming through it. You can see that they genuinely care about the quality of what they’re building. They are open and receptive to feedback, genuine in wanting to be the best.

And perhaps the biggest recommendation I can give...

RSI has helped me land what genuinely feels like my dream job.

I came into this wanting to build my skills, and open up new career opportunities. I’ve now stepped into a role I’m incredibly excited about, and I know the training, practice, coaching and confidence I’ve gained through RSI played a significant part in getting me there. (I changed the way I managed the interview process after jumping on a call and the guidance I received!)

I would highly recommend RSI to anyone who wants to build a real career in sales and is prepared to put the work in. The training is excellent, but the community, coaching and people behind it are what make it something pretty special.

As someone with previous sales experience, I didn’t know what to expect. I’m happy to say that the program gave me new learnings around high ticket sales which is effectively a more consultative and complex style of selling. The mentors are super experienced and supportive as well as having a community of people who are going in the same direction as you. I really value the experience with RSI, the community and the coaches are awesome and really supportive. It would have been a 5 star rating however for most of my time there was a lingering technical issue with the Videos which made it really challenging to complete the corse.
