I'm a physiotherapist working in a private clinic transitioning into high ticket sales through the Remote Sales Institute. I was so burnt out with my work. Low pay, high work load. I was wasting my potential. My sister told me she'd thought I'd be a great sales person. Next day, I found RSI.

I was ridiculously skeptical about online courses as I wasn't familiar with the space. When I reached out, I wasn't ready to actually commit due to being extremely tight on finances due to my upcoming wedding, so I pushed it off 6 months until my wedding was done. This was something I regretted after joining RSI. I should not have pushed it off.

My experience with RSI was unbelievable. The amount of learning modules, coaching calls and support, the community. It was unlike anything I'd every experienced. RSI is such a positive, uplifting and supportive community.

I finished the course content in 5 weeks. I spent most of my time outside of work on the modules. I became ambitious and desperate to accelerate into my high ticket sales career.

I landed a job after about 3-4 weeks of searching. I didn't give up. I got a job with one of my 'Dream 100' businesses. Actually, the mentorship program I'll be selling is one I was going to join before I had found RSI. A biz-opp mentorship program for health clincians to start their own online coaching business. The founder is someone I can genuinely see myself working with in the long-term.

Coming into the Remote Sales Institute, my background was in stakeholder engagement and compliance. I was already working remotely, but I felt like I was constantly trading income for the flexibility of working from home and spending more time with my family. I wanted a way to increase my earning potential without giving up the lifestyle I'd built.

Before RSI, I knew very little about consultative sales (at least not in a structured way). The course gave me a clear framework for running sales conversations, a much better understanding of the remote sales industry, what to look for in a quality offer, and how to position myself to get hired.

One of the biggest highlights was the live sparring sessions with other students. Practising real sales conversations in a supportive environment was invaluable. It built my confidence, not only on sales calls but also in interviews, and helped me develop skills I could immediately apply.

Like any career change, there were a couple of opportunities that weren't the right fit. But with the support of the RSI community and everything I'd learned, I eventually landed a role that genuinely feels like the perfect fit, one that draws on my previous experience outside of sales rather than starting from scratch.

I'm excited to get started in the new role, continue learning alongside the RSI community, and keep improving while building an income that offers both financial growth and the time and location flexibility I was looking for.

Before RSI i had just graduated school and knew i didn't want to go to university or fall into the nine to five career. I also knew i wanted to travel not on a backpackers wage. RSI has helped me build from the ground up, with no sales or much life experience in the job world under my belt, i had no idea where to even start and was super nervous. There was lots of hesitation as i knew no one personally in remote sales. However, there is a huge community that think outside of the box and support you. Through RSI i have had access to personal guidance on all areas. Its beautiful to be around people that think big and make me feel like the goals everyone says are unrealistic are actually pretty close. After completing the Launch program, I had the opportunity to join the Elevate program. This has proven to be a very good investment. I'm applying the learnings from Launch, fine tuning my skills and applying them in my current roles. The results are immediate. Working with Yans in the one-on-one sessions are proving invaluable while building a very solid skill base. Loving this!

I can't speak highly enough of Kris, Sharni, and the entire RSI team.

I originally joined RSI because I wanted to improve my sales skills, but what I got out of it was far more valuable than I expected. The training was excellent, but it was the ongoing support and genuine investment in my success that really stood out.

Kris spent a lot of time working through role plays with me and providing constructive feedback. What I appreciated most was that he was able to identify weaknesses and blind spots that I didn't even realise I had. Rather than just telling me what I was doing wrong, he gave me practical ways to improve and helped me become a far more confident and effective communicator.

The team also went out of their way to help me secure a role. We had after hour calls and meetings going over what would work best for me and my goals at the time. While that role didn't end up being the right long term fit for me, it gave me invaluable experience and became the stepping stone that led me and my business partner to start our own venture.

Fast forward to today, and that business has grown beyond what I thought was possible when I first joined RSI. We continue to grow month after month, have expanded our team, and have built a strong pipeline of repeat business and referrals.

Obviously, none of that happens without putting in the work yourself, but I can honestly say I wouldn't be where I am today without the training, support, mentorship, and opportunities that Kris, Sharni, and the RSI team provided along the way.

Before RSI, I was feeling completely stuck professionally. As a Mum, finding a career that allowed me to be present for my children while still building something successful was incredibly important to me. I wanted flexibility, growth, and a future I could genuinely feel excited about, but I didn’t know how to make that transition into remote sales.

I had been working in the wine industry for the past 14 years. Although I loved my job, I was struggling to find the work-life balance, especially since having a child.

Every day I ‘go to work’, I am so grateful that I get to work with people like them.

To all the mums or parents of young kids out there - yes, you need to put the work in, results won’t be handed to you on a silver plate. I signed up to this course a week after having my second baby. Those early days were a rough time, not gonna lie, but I still managed to get through the course, and still managed to land myself a sales role! Whilst on maternity leave from a social work job I dreaded going back to!!
Every detail of what these guys deliver is first class knowledge and skill, and they genuinely want everyone to succeed!
