If you are having second thoughts, don’t! I have had a complete turn around since the start of the year in every way possible. I have been a sparky for almost 10 years until a week ago. I joined RSI at the end of January as I was sick of the long hours and barely any reward for the effort I put in. I knuckled down and locked in, applied for my first 2 roles and was offered both of them, all because of the training and preparation I had learnt with RSI. Fast forward 4 month later and am now in a high ticket sales role as a setter for a digital marketing agency. With the view to transitioning into a closing role within a few months, which is my main goal. I can wake in the morning and go to the gym, have a coffee with the Mrs, go for a nice walk, none of which was possible whilst working as a tradie. It’s crazy to think I was pulling cables in to now working towards my dream and all because I decided to join RSI.
