Exactly what I ordered
Exactly what I ordered, and best delivery terms on the net, but information on the delivery date annd time arrived 1 hour before the render was due to be delivered. I was out and it was raining heavily. Fortunately it was easy to move the delivery to the following day.

Cost of delivery should be free anything over £200. And 5 day delivery time never heard of in this modern age . Unfortunately when your running construction time is money .
Apart from that the overall experience was good . Good website and easy to order..+++

Terrible experiance
Terrible experiance, I ordered a colour render and was told it would be a 4 week wait unless I was prepared to take a render that was out of date for a reduced cost of £1 a bag, i refused this and said I would wait, only to take delivery 4 weeks later of 15 bags of out of date render, It took over a week of constant calling to get my refund and over two weeks to get the company to come and pick up the out of date render. Would not use this company again

Render order and delivery
The order process was very easy and other products for my project were recommended the delivery however was not so good I was emailed telling me I would receive an other email with my delivery date prior to delivery this never happened and subsequently the delivery arrived whilst I was out the driver left everything out on my drive in the pouring rain my wife an father in law had to bring everything into the house as I had the garage keys
Two of the render bags were split I’m only lucky that the delivery did not come 20 minutes later or it would have been out in the rain all day and most likely would have ruined the two split bags
Very disappointed with the delivery process to be perfectly honest

i have checked our systems, and there has been several emails sent to yourself, one was sent a confirmation email on the 25th when you ordered, The by date email on the 26th and a email stating order on way on the 28th.
