I have investigated this one and found that when you placed the order you had been told the delivery would by the fifth working day. ( Excluding weekends)
I can see by the information on our system the order was out for delivery on the fifth day, between 2pm & 4pm as per the email sent on the fifth day.
according to the proof of delivery it was delivered on the sixth day due to unforeseen circumstances on the fifth day,
Delaying your order and moving it into the sixth day.
