Rubbish bins ordered were fit for purpose: Domestique PLUS 34L Twin Slide Out Concealed Waste Bin with Soft Close - 300mm Cabinet.
Bins were received complete and in about three days. I took my time with installation and am very happy with how they work, including use of the door bracket and the soft close feature.

I have recently requested to process a refund due to my renovation being held up one of the items that didnt fit I requested for a bigger size as Kitchen Cupboard Dish Rack - 770mm to amend the Order #1003178013 however you have fixed sizes and now you refuse to return This is poor customer experience as I have advised I have un necessary renovation delays causing me stress . Im requesting you provide me with a larger size and or refund me for the dish rack too Regards Grace

We do our best to support customers, but our 30-day return policy is in place to ensure fair and consistent service for everyone. As your order is now past that window, and as we only stock 600mm and 900mm dish racks (so a 770mm size isn’t available), we’re unfortunately unable to provide a refund or exchange.
As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve offered Store Credit for your dish rack, which we hope you can make use of. We appreciate your understanding of our policies and the need to maintain them for all customers.

Renovator were good to deal with and pantry is good.
Renovator were good to deal with and communication was very good. The pantry we purchased (Elite galley pullout) was good value for the price paid and build quality is good. The reason why I didn't rate the experience 5 stars, was because the pantry comprised of 3 individual packages which were "split delivered" by the freight company, which all took 2 weeks to deliver from Melbourne to WA, which is also a bit slow.

BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!! I am extremely unhappy with the product support I received. When my builder/plumber opened the carton containing our new ceramic sink, they discovered a crack in it. Renovator store refused to replace it or reimburse me (over $600!!) because we received the carton before Christmas - but because of Christmas shut down it wasn’t opened till mid January. They referred me to their policy contained on the email invoice and carton …on a building site missed this/unheard of…where the carton had to be opened and inspected within 24 hours to make a claim. In other words there was NO PRODUCT SUPPORT and I got the feeling that there is not much faith in these ceramic sinks arriving intact… THEN WHY SEND THEM? A warning to THIS effect should be made at the time of ORDERING!!! such as “these products do not travel well” BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

For fragile items like ceramic sinks, we clearly mark the cartons with red “Fragile” stickers and highlight on the invoice that inspection must be completed within 3 days of delivery. This policy ensures any damage can be reported promptly so we can provide a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, as the carton was not opened within this period, we were unable to process a refund or replacement.
We take product quality and transit packaging seriously to minimize the risk of damage. We appreciate your feedback and will review ways to make our handling and inspection instructions even clearer for future customers.
We always recommend opening and inspecting fragile items immediately upon delivery to avoid situations like this.
