Ich habe das Abo jetzt seit über einem Jahr und bin restlos überzeugt. Das Bambus-Toilettenpapier ist qualitativ hochwertig, angenehm weich und das Design der Rollen sieht im Bad einfach super aus. Nachhaltigkeit, die Spaß macht - absolute Empfehlung!

The loo rolls are fine and obviously very pretty but the ordering system is faulty. I requested a while ago to have the order skipped until August and double checked it last week but yet another box is on the way..! It's probably time for me to cancel the sub (we certainly won't need any more for a year or two).

The toilet paper itself is great but the ordering system is faulty. I live on my own so I ordered a box of 48 to renew in a year. After a month a got a message from Evri that I would be receiving a new delivery. I went to my account to double check and it is clearly set for 12 months. I cancelled my entire subscription to avoid this happening again.

Really glad to use loo paper that’s ecologically much friendlier and even better that it works!! The packaging is delightful

I’ve been using Who Gives A Crap for their toilet roll, kitchen roll, bin bags, and even their bathroom cloths, and I really appreciate the product quality and how eco-friendly everything is. Delivery is always on time, and the whole process, from ordering to managing subscriptions, is refreshingly simple.

As a bonus, my cat absolutely loves the boxes they arrive in and immediately claims them as a cosy little shelter so it’s a win all around.

I would recommend the special editions loo rolls too that always add some quirkiness to your toilet space!

The TP is honestly great. The mission is awesome. I’m happy to support something good in the world by just buying something I need anyway.

I come from a long line of An***x users, it was in my DNA almost, so making the switch to WGAC was a radical move for me. I am now officially a fan, I’ve tried the recycled and the bamboo and like them equally so for all those who are thinking about switching…it’s a no brainer, better for the planet and your bum won’t mind either 😂

A wonderful company, love the product and the fact that it helps provide toilets for people who don’t have this very basic need. Gone is the dust covering the bathroom from the big brands made with nasty chemicals. This is a great product. Delivery is excellent and easy to change if you need to. Never going back.

I have always used Charmin toilet paper. But I saw this on Facebook and decided to give it a try for my spare bathrooms because of the cute wrappers . BUT, it has become our new go to. I even got friends and family onto it . Everyone seems to love it !

Really good service and a great product. It actually works out as better value for money than the cheap stuff you can get as it’s packed really tight on the roll.

For over 50 years I have struggled to find the best brand.
At last I have found it and who gives a crap is it.
It gives my arse a pleasant experience and no longer do I worry about my finger poking through when wiping

The delivery of my case of TP was FAST! The TP is great, and doesn't kill old growth trees to make it! I used to use a major brand, but found out the softer the TP the higher the ecological impact. WGAC is fantastic, both its products and its commitment to making our world a better place!

TBH I was skeptical but I love the paper, the roll lasts at least twice as long as a normal roll, and I feel like I'm saving money, plus I hate buying TP at Target, Walmart, etc. My hubs is picky about his paper but he approves too! And, I love the wrapping paper! Shipping is fast, and the only reason I haven't subscribed (I do single orders) is b/c there are only 2 of us, and no big storage.

Love these had a little blip in shipping was handled very quick and corrected. Great customer service. So much nicer then a sponge. Thank you for making a great product

Below is my email to WGAC customer service sent today once my replacement order had finally arrived

Hi Caye

Thank you for your email. As I would expect your customer service is first class. However I am extremely disappointed with your company.
27th March - I placed this order on and it was shipped the same day
28th March - Evri confirmed receipt
1st April - Evri advised of a delay to delivery, requesting until 9pm on 2nd April to deliver parcel
6th April - I contacted your company as I had not received my parcel, admittedly I was far too patient!
7th April – You responded
8th April – I accepted your offer of a replacement as my choice was now sold out!
13th April – My replacement order shipped with an estimated delivery of 2 – 5 business days, and Evri confirmed receipt. They say that I will receive an expected delivery time within 48 hours which would expire at 16.31 today. At 13.02 I received an email saying it would be delivered between 1300-1400 and at 13.26 I received another email saying that the box had been delivered. There was a photo of the box in the email which carefully hid the damage that the box had received during transit. It was both wet and torn.

This is completely and utterly unacceptable! It took 5 days between my acceptance of a replacement order and it actually being dispatched. And then you use the same company which has already failed abysmally! I appreciate that you have offered a discount of £5 on my next order but this is a total service failure. The shipment should have been dispatched to me within 24 hours using an expedited service. It is now a week since I agreed to a replacement and I did not even have a delivery date/time until a couple of hours ago

I have yet to use this toilet paper but my first impressions are NOT good. It seems thin, rough and flimsy and I am also worried about the possibility of this not flushing properly

I tried these as I liked the ethos of the company and hoped bamboo would produce less dust in the bathroom. I like to softness of the roll, but in terms of value for money, have been underwhelmed. We are a family of five, although often only four at home, and we still use around one roll daily... definitely not longer lasting. Andrex standard would last the same. I think of along lasting roll as something like Cushelle...but this is much smaller.
I feel that the wrapping is probably a good marketing point, but just not needed. Nobody needs each roll wrapped, and that's a lot of unnecessary packaging, recycled or not.
I think I'll look around for next purchase of bamboo loo roll.

I love subscriptions that make shopping easy; shopping for best-of-breed products, while charitably donating to causes helping our planet and lifting the marginalized. I’ve been using Who Gives A Crap since December 2025 and I highly recommend.
