I used Rentalready website for booking short stay rental property in Paris.Property that I booked,was managed by Superhost and I have not received any confirmation email about booking from Rentalready,even I could see that booking and reference number on my booking page.Customer services were not helpful at all and were not able to resolve situation and explain,what happened.
Apartment that I booked was managed by Superhost and I had to communicate with them via Whats app messages and again no email communication.Booking required security deposit €1000 for property in order to release check in details.Deposit was supposed to be returned on check out.When I questioned deposit return,Superhost agent said it will be released automatically in upto 14 days.14 days passed and no deposit back!On questioning them answer from was,that it was preauthorisation hold only and nothing received from my account,despite me informing them that money was taken and providing copy of receipts.I was advised to question my bank,not them.Complete scammers!Wouldn't be booking with Guest ready or Superhost anymore!

We are very satisfied with the platform. The system is practical, intuitive, and easy to use on a daily basis. It has helped streamline our operations and improve overall efficiency. We would definitely recommend it.

I’ve been using RR with my company to handle multiple apartments, calendars and reservation, as well as guest communication. The platform is well designed and intuitive.
It has all the features needed to handle operations as a property manager.
The support is very good, quick and efficient whenever a problem comes up they will reply and get it solved quickly.

Rentalready est un super outil dans la gestion de location de courte durée.

Quelques améliorations minimes pourraient être apportées mais cela n'entache pas ma satisfaction.

très bon logiciel en constante évolution. Support français et réactif. Ce n'est pas le moins cher mais probablement le plus efficace.
