Renters Choice/McCormack - you immediately think of Anne-Marie, Nick and Nicole. Brilliant team who have overseen our property in Highlands Reserve for 10 years. They are on top of their game, and have provided an impecable service throughout looking after our home as if it were their own investment. Very cost conscious and our maintenance costs have been kept to the minimum. We have had a stress free investment home throughout and would advise anyone looking for a reliable, pro-active, professional and personal service, look no further than these guys.

McCormack Realty and Renters Choice Homes is fantastic! We have been renting our condo through them for over 5 years, after switching from another rental company. Our prior experience was high management fees with little to no service. The team at Renters Choice takes care of your home like they own it. During hurricane warnings, they send out regular updates. On storms that were confirmed for Orlando, they sent out a request for forward a copy of our insurance policy so they could be proactive if any damage occurred. After damaging storms, they checked on all of the houses within the portfolio. They do a wonderful job of finding great renters who respect the property. Their repair fees are very reasonable. The team also is all about cost avoidance, keeping utilities in their name during times when the property is vacant because of the lower deposit fees. Now that we are selling the property, it has been easy to work with the McCormick Realty company. In a short period of time, they have brought us qualified buyers. Selling can be stressful and their use of E-documents makes the whole out of state process easy and hassle free. They provide regular reports on the number of people who have viewed and shown the property. In summary, I highly recommend Anne-Marie and her team for rental and realty services!

5 stars because the availability and efficiency of the whole team starting with nicolle, mike and jaime is extraordinary, I just ask a favor fix the garage door because opening it manually hurts everything because it is demised hard and I am a woman to do that force every day please ,thanks for all Mister Mccormack and Nicole

We have been renting a home with them for years now and the team at McCormack Reality have been awesome! They are always quick to respond to questions and Mike is always on top of all repair requests! After the last hurricane they worked so hard to get everything fixed quickly and actually showed up at the house to check on us and any damage we may have had and weren’t able to report because the power and phones were down! More recently they helped us successfully navigate an issue we were having with the HOA and more importantly advocated on our behalf to correct the problem!
All in all the owners and staff at McCormack Reality have made our experience renting with them and excellent one! I would, and have, recommend them to anyone!

I have been with McCormack Realty & Renters Choice Homes since 2011. Anne-Marie has first class knowledge of the rental and resale market in Florida. I have always found Anne-Marie and her team to be very helpful, courteous and on the ball, especially when preparing for or dealing with hurricanes, repairs, home inspections and complying with Home Owner Association requirements, which can be quite onerous. She always provides helpful advice and uses reliable tradesmen, who work to her very strict and particular standards. Any issues are dealt with promptly, automatically logged into a very easy to access system, with an email to notify and updates sent until resolved. They were very quick to carry out inspections and initiate repairs after Hurricane Irma, which is a testament to their commitment to their owners and tenants. With McCormack Realty & Renters Choice Homes, you know that you are in good hands and will have peace of mind. A great company to work with, very reliable, trustworthy and highly recommended.
