I have know and had a business relationship with Renters Choice for nearly 10 years.

Services include finding and vetting tenants, getting the rental in on time, property maintenance, property sales etc. All with outstanding customer service.

A trustworthy company with attention to detail. Great people, easy and a pleasure to do business with.

I rented from McCormack realty close to three years. They are on top of any need that may arise with the home. Very polite and nice people all the way around. They also assisted us with the purchase of our new home and walked us through the whole process making it a wonderful experience! Will seek their services for sure in the future! Marie and Nicole will take great care of you!

The team at McCormack are professional with a say what we do, do what we say attitude. They have managed our property for nearly 8 years and held it all together through Tennant changes, hurricanes and the such.

After many years with different Management Companies we finally found one that we have complete confidence in to look after our property and the tenants we have in. Our current tenants have been in for 6 years, and look after the property backed up with the management from Anne-Marie. She is always available to discuss issues and find solutions quickly to these. Anne-Marie and her staff have done an outstanding job in managing our property over the last 3 Years.

Great prompt, friendly service. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The only thing I would change is how long it takes to have things fixed. I don't think I should have to report an issue more than once for it to be addressed. Nicole genuinely seems to care that good tenants get treated well, which I really appreciate.
