The rentmigo team were incredible - I am a foreign student who needed a sizeable guarantee , rentmigo were the only guarantor my landlord would accept. From start to finish the process was done in a day. 10/10 would recommend to all.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. As if their premise wasn’t exploitative enough, the way the customer service and financial referencing team is ran is absolutely shambolic. They pushed me back about 10 times asking for new documents which could’ve all been asked for upfront. I had to order a new birth certificate, find my graduation certificate, find my grandparents marriage license!!? What any of that has to do with a guarantor company I still don’t know. Additionally, they continued to raise the bar for things I needed to prove (originally asking to see proof of 7,000 in savings then changing it to almost 14,000). This makes absolutely no sense as the company says they’re useful for people who don’t have family to rely on for guarantors, but then if I had 14,000 lying around why would I need one in the first place?? Very fundamentally poor on every level and extremely slow process which led to me being homeless for 3 weeks while I battled back and forth with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Rentmigo is a superb Guarantor agency. They are professional, they are efficient and they deliver in no time. Furthermore, they are prompt in answering any queries.

I had a complicated rental guarantee application and Kelly was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. She followed up with me consistently for three days, kept me updated at every stage, and made sure my application was being progressed.

This is the most amazing guarantor service. I originally applied through a **different** provider and received spotty communication and was unable to move in on my move in date. I submitted an application through Rentmigo because of the good reviews and emailed them to ask about my application timeline. I was immediately met with the most amazing customer support agent Sally. She was helpful and considerate. She understands the urgency of my situation and I got an approval just hours after my application was submitted. If I could rate this 6 stars I would. As I am an international student this process is long and stressful but Rentmigo was able to help me in a stress free fast manner. I cannot recommend Rentmigo enough. Just a warning it is a little more on the expensive side for students as some have lower rates but if you want good service I can say it’s worth it.

Friendly to international students, very easy to operate. Very fast for checking, you could pass even in several hours if all reference meet the requirements. For Chinese student, you can even contact them in Xiaohongshu and get further help in application. Good experience in the general service.

The Experience is much great than what I expected. The efficient is really high and the managers are very kind and friendly. I would recommend others to use their services!

The process was stressful especially for young students who don't have much financial support other than a loan but the customer support was very kind and helpful at every step, trying to find alternatives if your funds don't cover the threshold. Renting in UK is much easier when not alone btw

I want to give a special thanks to Kelly for her outstanding patient and professionalism. We contacted Kelly through “red note” . After she took over our case, our submitted documents were immediately reviewed and approved.

The rentmigo team were very helpful in getting me a guarantor. I was really worried because previously I just paid rent up front but apparently now that has been banned, but Rentmigo approved me within around 6 hours. I had a few questions on the application and what documents to upload but I called up and Sally was very helpful in answering my questions.

Great service. Response times were really quick and I was accepted with ease and in no time at all.

Non-existent customer support. No phone line. When I raise an inquiry via email, though it claims to get back to you within 24 days, I never get a reply. Impossible to contact customer service. Their live chat directed me a real person to WhatsApp. But that ‘human’ only knew how to say, “Hi, how may I help you?” Then disappears for a day without addressing my problem. And then ‘he’ would come back to the chat and say, “…I’d be happy to look into this for you.” And then disappears again. I’m about to be homeless soon. As if renting in London isn’t stressful enough. I’m so fed up with all the human as well as non-human incompetency, I’m thinking of packing my bag and leaving this country for good.

Also as part of my application, I’m a student receiving funds from my family support side, I’m asked to submit proof of having £70,000 in savings. Company shares, dividends, fixed deposits not accepted. Who in their right mind would keep that amount in savings?? And if I have that much money to spare, I’d probably be rich enough to buy a property instead of going through all this nonsense.

I used Rentmigo in August as I was rejected by 2 other guarantor services. I didn’t have much hope as my lease was starting in 6 days, but the team got my application turned around in less than 24 hours. They even offered to help me improve my credit score through rent repayments. It is refreshing to use such a friendly and personable company. Thank you, from a very grateful renter.

While (some) of the staff are pleasant to deal with, my overall experience with this company is horrid. My move in date has gotten pushed due to bad communication (both with us tenants and our agency) and admin delays (often taking days to reply) with this company, requiring arbitrary amounts of documentation.

I knew very little about navigating the system but Rentmigo were there the whole way through. Highly recommend!!
