Rentmigo is a UK rent guarantor that helps people secure the home they want, even without a UK-based family guarantor. Whether you're an international student, a young professional, new to the UK, self-employed, or simply don't have someone who can act as your guarantor, Rentmigo can step in as your corporate guarantor. Many landlords and letting agents require a guarantor before they will issue a tenancy. We make that step quick, simple and fully online. You apply, upload your documents, and our team reviews your application. Once approved and paid, your guarantee agreement is sent out automatically so your landlord can move forward with your tenancy. Our fee is a one-off payment that lasts for three years, rather than a charge that renews every year. It is based on your individual financial circumstances and is never more than one month's rent. You can also spread the cost with Klarna or Clearpay at checkout, subject to their acceptance criteria. Your on-time rent payments can help you build your credit history too, with credit building live through Experian and Equifax. Rentmigo works with landlords and operators across the UK, from individual landlords to some of the country's largest residential operators. Rentmigo is a life saver
Rentmigo is a life saver. I couldn’t find an apartment because they won’t let me play rent up front anymore. I needed somewhere to live to continue my studies. They approved me same day at half the price of another company - and thank you to Jo who was so helpful on the phone!!!

Easy, fast, allowed me to secure my dream property
When I couldn't find anyone to act as a guarantor but knew I could afford the rent, Rentmigo were amazing. Within a day I had it all set up and my landlord accepted my application. Now I get to live in my dream flat! Thank you Rentmigo!
