Marc and Dave did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of the process they were doing and explained every step. They also made sure any questions I had were answered as well as making helpful suggestions.

They were clean and tidy. Respectful of other people working around them and cracked on with the job in a timely manner.

We then did 9 swabs of the area after they had cleaned (while they were there) and they passed every swab with flying colours.

Danny came and cleared the lift shaft, he worked almost 2 days none stop from 9-5pm!! the problem was rectified and am happy with the work carried out. Danny was friendly and kept me updated at all times. Thanks you

Really very good indeed - I was delighted. I didn’t know what to expect, or how easy it would be to remove some mould in a really awkward place, but they did a fantastic job. One recommendation - they should bring some large paper or linen sheets to use on stairs, rather than something which could become somewhat slippery. I’m very impressed overall, though.

Flood clean up work, as always, was done to an extremely high standard. No matter which of the team come to complete the work they are courteous, thorough and professional.

We used your services to remove a large volume of water that soaked an entire room including a thick mattress topper and a mattress. The young lady that attended spent 9hours to get us to a point where we could walk across the floor without wellies! The mattress is only slightly damp and will dry out now in no time. She was friendly and good natured with everyone she encountered.

The staff members were very friendly and professional. They done a fantastic job in our Kitchen .
There was a bit of misunderstanding about the quotes as when we received the invoice we were a bit shocked .Being a Charity we probably would not have gone with the bigger clean.
