Great Yarmouth Waxworks Clearance
We were recently contracted to clear out the old Waxworks in Great Yarmouth - after 6 years of squatters, there was so much human waste, full toilets, and a cellar area full of faeces. From the first call, I emphasised my correct email address to Deborah - she even called it back to me correctly but internally moving forward my needs, she used the wrong address !!
I was ready to make a card payment but not to a premium 3330 number …Rentokil was incapable of getting a staff member to call me via a landline / mobile to take my payment !!….they wanted to push me off to a third party cleaning firm but I was highly disgruntled. What a dealbreaker from a key brand ….not impressed !!!

F A N T A S T I C! We needed a damp & timber report ASAP for a mortgage and the appointment was made on Thursday and the survey complete by 9am two days later! It made all the difference. I must mention Janet and thank her for her kind professionalism when dealing with my stress! Sam arrived promptly and completed the survey and the price point is excellent.

They cancelled the appointment and…
They cancelled the appointment and moved it to a later date. Huge inconvenience as I’d travelled 3.5 hours this week to review the work. I’ll now have to come down again at the later date. I asked for compensation for my additional travel and the request was completely ignored. Hopefully they turn up and do do the job I’ve now paid almost 150% for.

Re my previous reviews concerning to trouble I had and the tome it took to get Rentokil hygiene department to come out and give my flat an ozone spray I must say that when the chap Aaron came out he explained what he was doing and how long I'd have to wait before I could go in my flat. He was very helpful and did the job professionall, so for his service I'd give a 3 star rating.
