We booked a clean and disinfection of a very dirty, smelly and extremely cramped loft space. The 2 technicians Sean Boyle and Kyle Marlor did an excellent job, they were efficient, thorough and friendly. They showed us pictures of our loft, the before and the after, made sure we were happy and asking if we had any concerns. Thank you

The two engineers that came to site very professional did a great job cleaning up the mess Vagrants had left on our stairwell. They removed all debris cleaned all 5 levels of stairs and bannisters leaving a great clean smell of detergent.

Andy and Kris were brilliant. They were efficient and made sure that they kept me updated whilst they were here doing the clean. With efficiency that they cleaned the office this meant that staff were able to use the office space again.

Quick response to our initial call. Tarfique attended to examine the extent of mould. He was very thorough and throughout advised what preventative steps could be taken to help stopping mould in future. Communication was excellent.
Following this visit Alex came to clean the walls and again he was punctual with good communication. A very pleasant respectful young man.

Excellent job, carried out within timescale, professional, friendly team

We had severe mould in two bedrooms and the bathroom in our property. The technicians were very polite, friendly and did an excellent job removing the mould. The only reason I am giving three stars and not five is because on the Rentokil website it says an air purifier will be used whilst the mould is being removed, however when I queried this I was told this is an optional extra with additional cost. Also a bit of mould was missed in the bathroom behind the sink. When I raised this with Rentokil the next day (you cannot go into the room for a few hours after the work is completed) Rentokil said there would be a charge for them to come back and take care of it.
