Ben Thorn came in at short notice for an emergency cleanup of a flooded basement. He was efficient, friendly & hardworking and we're very happy with the job he did.

My Mother died. I needed a biohazard clean of a corner of her bedroom. I was charged over £400. The employee arrived. He wasn't wearing PPE. The corner of the bedroom was cleaned within 20 minutes. The biohazard was faecal vomit. Rentokill said that the cheapest option was to remove a quarter of the carpet. This was done. The walls were cleaned. The employee said that he had disinfected them. The clean that was done was definitely not a biohazard clean.

Contacted Rentokil as they service our hotel with regards to pest control. We were looking to get our grease traps cleaned. Kristofer got in touch quickly after I called the help desk to arrange a visit, once visit was completed he was fast in getting a quote over and arranging the cleaning. I was at a empty building site in Catford when this Cleaning lady from Rentokil came to clean the toilets.
Being an empty building, l was thinking she will just do a quick touch and leave but to my surprise, she spent hours cleaning. l was amazed at how dedicated she was to do such a deep clean in an empty site.
Very sweet lady, l can't remember her name, Charity not sure.
