Recently had Martin do a Deep Clean on 2 toilet blocks in our factory, they hadn't been cleaned in years and were awful, I cannot believe how clean he managed to get them, I highly recommend Rentokil & Martin and will be using them again in the future.
The whole process was easy, a site survey was carried out and suggestions were made for what we needed, the quote back was quick and good value.

We were confused about how the installed system was supposed to operate and it looked like a leak had developed. The engineer came back as soon as we contacted them having added our job to his list for the day.

Rather than just look at it and tell us it was fine he rechecked every part of the system and took us through a complete 20 minute cycle of the system. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly.

Again, Majid was great. Extremely helpful, friendly and even helps with little tasks around if you need the help. Always has picture receipts to show the good work too. Usually very quick with cleaning our greasetrap and you can always rely on them.

The engineer came onsite at the exact time they were booked in for. they carried out our grease trap cleaning perfectly. I can recommend Rentokil for any Fat/Grease trap cleaning fast efficient service.

My 15 solar panels were cleaned, with removal of five years of grime effectively and with no mess. The only negative I can report is that initially they didn't have the correct mobile tower, and had to come back two days later to finish the job. But this was done without any complaining by me, and the chaps were apologetic for the need to visit twice. Yes, I would use this service again as the panel efficiency has increased dramatically. The team, Andy and John, were professional and approachable.

Tried to contact on numerous occasions to organize a biohazard clean after the death of my Uncle. I did get a response to their out of hours number but they wanted over £1000 as a call out charge so I requested at least three times for them to give me a call back during office hours. Every time I received an automated email telling me they would contact me within 4 working hours. I am still waiting. It's now been 12 days so I'm assuming they won't bother now. Disgusting customer service in what was a very stressful time. Never mind found another fantastic company who have done the work when they said they would for the price they said without any call out fee.

All contact with the Rentokil team has been professional, honest and helpful advice. They provided a timely quote, booked us in and attended site as agreed. On the day of the clean the engineer explained fully the process, made sure we had time to remove items that may be contaminated and ensured we were happy before he left the site. Really impressed with their professional service.
