We used Rentokil Specialist Hygiene to attend to the mould and damp growing in some patches of the house. Hygiene Sales Consultant Neil Harding who surveyed our home, was polite, respectful, and kindly answered any questions we had. We had technician Amber O'Connor come in to complete the work. She was friendly, polite, and ensured I was happy with each room she had worked on, and ensured she left everything as it was, and spotless! Thank you Amber for your work today!

John from Rentokil Hygiene is a saviour! My house was flooded in 3 rooms with raw sewage whilst I was in bed. I hired 2 companies prior to sort the issue and had a horrible experience and the work was not done. John came and was polite, professional, understanding & completed the job in half the time it took the previous companies & to A* standard, that I could actually move back in the next day! He went above and beyond to make sure to try and save as many of my belongings as possible. As a single mother who suffers with anxiety and was met with hostility from previous workmen, the service that John provided was a huge relief and reassurance. I now have a 4 year old who is very happy to be back at home. I would recommend to absolutely everyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
